This location is gated, and you're provided with a code when you sign up. Also, the location provides security cameras throughout. There are multiple signs posted for a speed limit of 5 mph, which I think is great. It's nice for us to carefully and thoughtfully make it to our storage units. It's good to be respectful of the property. This is a pretty large self-storage facility. There's space for RVs, boats, and cars. The employees are always very friendly, even if there's a long line. My interactions with them overall have been very positive. I occasionally notice litter around the facility, but overall, the premises are kept relatively clean. They recently did some asphalt maintenance. They sent out emails and contacted us to let us know what was happening. We had plenty of advance notice, which was very professional. I like that I can pay online, pay in advance, and I can set up autopay. Overall, I believe it's a good value. The biggest thing I've noticed with my unit is that it gets pretty dusty, so I recommend the appropriate covers for furniture or mattresses. Even with the door closed and the unit being slightly elevated, the dust still gets into the unit. I decided to elevate my items this time and put them on metal shelving racks, and have a storage design of sorts. I didn't do that before, but since I've had many storage units over my lifetime, I've learned that elevating your items is better than leaving them on the unit's floor. Overall, I'm very pleased with this facility.

The manager Alex poorly manages his staff especially when it comes to making sure customer payments are processed correctly. One time they said we haven't sent our payment but our bank records indicated that they cashed our check. We had to argue for two straight days and even presented our bank documents as proof. Despite that they rejected our assertions and insisted that we send a new check. They eventually discovered their mistake but not after us constantly asking to check. Alex and his staff are incompetent yet very condescending. Do not patronize this facility. Horrible customer service!!!

I hate moving--especially the hassle of renting a truck--so their service was the perfect solution. On moving day, the team arrived to pick up the storage unit while we were still scrambling to pack some last-minute items. The driver was incredibly friendly and patient, and he didn't mind waiting while we finished up. That simple gesture made a huge difference during an already stressful move. I really appreciated their professionalism and flexibility, and I'd definitely use them again.

Office staff bicker about who's the boss of whom. Poor inter-office communication caused one employee to accuse a customer of lying when she had just failed to communicate with her superior officer, Wendy. 7-11 got sued for selling alkaline water by some nut who claimed it's not that good for you when actually it can cure cancer. Taco Bell got sued by someone who said five dollars is too much to charge for a box of nachos. It's not. Given the capricious nature of a litigious customer base? Not safe to run a slipshod business these days. You get sued. Someone unconnected to my personal affairs even tried to pay an employee to reveal personal information about me. Essau is a good person and told the truth about it but everyone else is trying to stop him. The person inquiring illegally is in a sexual assault drug dealing gang, so Mobile Storage Guy is obstructing justice by refusing to respond to repeated queries about the privacy invasion.

Complete Failure. Paid for experience, received inadequate labor…read more I hired All Service Movers expecting a professional crew capable of handling a move involving stairs. At $210 per hour for a three-person crew, they were the most expensive company I considered. I chose them mainly because I expected the quality to match the price. I got burned on this one. When scheduling the move, I explained it involved one flight of stairs at the pickup location and two flights of stairs at the destination. The heaviest items were standard household furniture including dressers, a sofa bed, tables, and similar items. There were no safes, pianos, appliances, or other unusually heavy items. When discussing how many movers would be needed, I was told two would probably be enough. I chose to pay for a three-person crew mainly because of the stairs, expecting they would handle it better. From the beginning, it was obvious the crew struggled navigating the stairs, repeatedly stopping to reposition furniture and moving at a pace that unnecessarily extended the job. I even found myself carrying heavy boxes over my shoulders up the stairs, and also taking items to the garage myself while paying for a three-person moving crew. I did this not only because I couldn't bear to watch the crew struggle, but also because the clock was ticking and every unnecessary delay was costing me more money. The move lasted 8 3/4 hours, went into overtime, and I was charged for the additional time. Even after that, the move was not completed. Furniture still needed to be placed and assembled. I chose to end the job once I witnessed the dolly scraping on my newly installed flooring. That's when I flipped. Told them it's time to go. It didn't dawn on me that they'd been using an unprotected dolly throughout the move. Once they left, I started unpacking and inspecting my stuff further. I discovered additional damage to my freshly painted walls, new and existing furniture, stair trim, and a scratch on my newly installed sliding door. To put this into perspective, Home Depot later delivered multiple large appliances up the exact same stairs using only two delivery personnel. They handled the stairs confidently without repeated stops or hesitation. I have also used another moving company in the past, and the difference in capability was obvious. The effort the movers put in is not in question. They worked hard. The issue was the lack of experience, strength, proper equipment, and overall capability needed to handle this type of move. In my opinion, All Service Movers failed to assign a crew capable of handling this type of stair move. Their lack of efficiency cost me additional overtime charges, resulted in unnecessary damage to my home and belongings, and left the move unfinished. To make matters worse, after documenting the damage with photographs and submitting a claim, the company offered only $100 toward an estimated $400 in damages. And the $400 estimate was generous. I cannot recommend All Service Movers based on my experience. A professional moving company should assign a crew capable of performing the job they were hired to do without causing unnecessary damage, unnecessary overtime charges, and an incomplete move. Still unpacking. Hope there's no additional damage.
