Ok for a mini-US 7-11, it has Icees, candy, cold drinks, frozen food, mystery donuts*, some grab-and-go food, booze (since it's MSN), coffee, and an oddly relatively wide variety of work gloves for sale. Cheap and quick. The place is somehow, pretty clean, especially given its location. Note: (especially for those from overseas) This is NOT a 7-Eleven like you may be used to if you've been to a 7-Eleven in Japan or even Hong Kong. If you're expecting that experience, please prepare for disappointment. Bonus Find: Dunkaroos! (Multiple flavors!) * (More than once, at other places over the years, I've tried to stake out the entity responsible for delivering these things around 2:00 a.m. across town. It's literally a mysterious entity which doesn't want to be named, in an unmarked van, no less...)

A bottle of soda is like $1.75, which, by my Chicago standards is pretty normal. Water is also priced normal. I've never had bad service. I walk up to the counter with my merchandise, pay, get change and leave. What I like best is the map and store rules. I am actually a fan of maps. I think our spatial capabilities suffer just a little bit every time we use google maps to tell us how to navigate while never actually looking at the map and where we are going. In any case, the fine cartography makes navigating 1,000 sq feet much easier. Plus if I were at all uncertain about opinionated whining or paying in large sums of change, I could easily look at the back of the map and realize that these things are not acceptable by the Clerk.

I'm not really sure, I guess I don't really know what sundries are. I wonder what the singular would be. Maybe the sell a sundry or two? Not sure. Aside from their incredible selection, they bring in a lot of private barrels of whiskey that you're unable to get anywhere else. The prices are very fair, not the cheapest in town, not the most expensive. The staff is very friendly. One of the great things about Riley's is their allocated lottery system. You don't have to be "in the know" to get hard-to-find whiskeys. You sign up on their email list, they email you when an allocated item is in stock, and you choose if you're interested or not. If you're interested, you're entered into a draw, and if you win, you get to buy it. This is a much more fair deal than other stores, where I've simply been told, "We have some long-time customers who will get that, you won't." Located a few blocks from the UW, this is a must-visit store. Don't forget what many do - there's an upstairs with a lot more than what's on the main floor. Cheers!

If you have an Adderall prescription, do NOT use this place. I have no idea why I'm still even…read morebothering, but I have been attempting to get my Adderall prescription refilled here for years. Literally every single month, without fail, it is extremely problematic. If my doctor calls the prescription in so much as a day early, they will simply not fill it, at all, saying that they aren't allowed to fill it ahead of time, but then they will never actually fill it even on the date it is due. If I call it in after the due date, they will still never fill it, and always based upon some new and completely random reason. It's gotten to the point where I have to call literally on the day of, and only then will they MAYBE fill it. Yesterday, my prescription was due, and I had my doctor call in for a refill. There was a note on my file, however, literally from August 2021, that said not to fill it until 25 August, 2021. So some brainiac there decided that the note REALLY meant August 25, 2022, and they decided to just not fill my prescription based upon this insanely illogical assumption. I seriously do not know who ties these people's shoes for them in the morning. But I think I've figured it out! During one of so many episodes, my prescription just got "lost." So I think what is happening is that they will do anything they possibly can to mess up your Adderall order so that they can basically gank it for themselves at some point. I think that's what's going on because literally every single month for years and years on end, it's always been a problem. My guess is that they're trying to make Adderall prescriptions fall through the cracks so that they can walk out with it themselves, which has happened before as I just mentioned. These people are unbelievably shady. In fact, I would probably avoid using them for ANY prescription at all because they just don't seem to be playing with a full deck on any level, nor do they seem particularly honest.
