We stayed at the Art Hotel next to Stop N Go on a Sunday night for the Pageant of the Masters show. The show ended around 10:15 and we wanted a late night dessert to bring back to the room. So we popped in and got excited by all the different ice cream options! Additionally, one of us had bought a couple pieces of expensive art at the Sawdust festival earlier in the day and still had the bag with us. But when we awoke in the morning we realized we didn't have the bag. We retraced all our steps from the night before and when we went back inside the Stop N Go, Ardy was at the counter and listened to our search. He pointed to a bag on the floor behind the counter, which happened to be our bag!!! We want to say a big thank you for that! He was very kind and willing to help out. I stop at many 7-11's, Circle K, Gas station AMPM's, and I can honestly say that the Stop n Go in Laguna Beach, Ca on PCH. It is the cleanest, most organized, best pricing, and most helpful and friendly staff; I've come across! I highly recommend if you in the area you do your convenient shopping there. I NEVER stop or shop here again! Riding my bike solo and did D.C. want to leave my bike outside because there were people standing/sitting outside I asked the clerk (who hardly spoke English) could I bring my bike inside He' said it's better I leave it outside. Not a problem but today I'm riding along. He said this is Laguna beach and people leave their bike outside the store all fb time I said I do too, when I'm with a group , but today I'm by myself He said that bike isn't expensive; LOL I'm riding my BMC in which I paid $8,000 for! However what made me upset was the fact he said I can go somewhere else... in which I kindly walked out of the store. It's people like that the cause of business falling apart! read more

This is the best liquor store in town, I have been coming here for almost 7 years, Ricky and Alex are the night shift employees and they are great at costomer service. This is the best quick stop in Laguna. They have great prices, great staff, and a great amount of merchandise you might need on your way to the beach. I pick up my breakfast here for work every day and it's always fresh and great. Ricky is always friendly and professional and the rest of the staff are awesome as well. Dang I love living in North Laguna now! One benefit is the Stop N Go right on the corner. OK, so its not a glam place to review...but what the heck. I am a little biased as the location factor is only going to benefit me and my close neighbors...but, it goes beyond that. First, for non locals, its right next (separate parking lot) to the Shell Gas station (which I need to review still)...so you can literally be filling the car with gas, while you run in for ICE or whatever at the same time..super time saver. For some reason, I don't like buying anything but gas at a gas station. I think I must have been traumatized as a small child somehow by bad gas stations snacks. Good prices for what it is (although they need to stock some more inexpensive Gin for those hot summer G&T's). Great friendly staff. You know how usually the person behind the counter so wants to be somewhere else...not here. Happy, helpful. Its right at a light so crossing PCH and heading down to South Crescent Beach is so very convenient. Lots of parking (for those of you that are not my neighbors). If you find yourself in need of beverages, snacks (although you may want to stay away from the hot dogs), ice, even fire wood, drop in and enjoy the hospitality! read more

I love this place! The service is really great! There are always friendly people who work there! I love how close it is to the beach (crescent bay). The prices are a little "iffy" depending on what you are looking at buying. Just keep that in mind when shopping! Kind of does its job, meaning provides alcohol or beverages for 'the run' or the hotel, or whatever you're doing in Laguna. Somehow draws a questionable crowd that tends to linger in front a bit, and the aisles are somewhat too spacious, kind of in a creepy-feeling way. Either way, the counter people are generally nice. read more
