She was immediately pleasant and bubbly with this customer, prioritized their order, and served other guests who arrived after us. Despite waiting 20-30 minutes, we never received our coffees. When I asked the male employee working with her about our order, the lady behind the counter developed a nasty attitude and started behaving oddly. I began to suspect she might be doing something spiteful to our food. When we finally got home and I bit into my sandwich, I found a crumpled piece of paper inside. Horrified, I immediately stopped eating and returned to the store, demanding a complete refund. Shockingly, she told me twice to "go f*** myself." She then acted like a victim, complaining to other guests and claiming the paper was stuck between the cheese. I asked how it could have crumbled itself into such a large piece, but she continued to play the victim. This experience was unacceptable and deeply disappointing.
