I went to the self check out register and rang up some items using my wife's rewards card. I was using my rewards card for the gifts for my wife. I had and older woman that worked there as a cashier come over and inspect what I was doing. She let me know that I didn't ring up some of the items, which I already knew and tried explaining to her. She was extremely rude!! I came in 2 days later to return one of the items with the receipt. I was met by the "nice" old lady that proceeded to be extremely rude and said she would let me return the item because I didn't pay for it. Mind you I brought the receipt. She wouldn't even give me her name to file a complaint. What an Awful experience!!

They act like they don't want to be there and show their attitudes towards the customers. I've gotten alot of huffing and puffing from the staff. And last time I ended up going was on 1/6/2023. When I went to check to see if my prescription information went through ok from my doctor. I got there about a half hour after my appointment about 1030ish and I waited in line a few minutes and then the pharmacist looked at me and just said yes. And I asked her if my prescription information came through fine( had a small mix up in the past so making sure) and she didn't even look for it but just said yes and said immediately that it's not ready yet ( in a way where she is thinking why are you here now) so I just said ok hiw long would you say? And she said maybe a couple of hours. ( was 1030 as I stated) so I said that is fine and asked if I'll get a notification when it's ready, and she said yes. And then she looked over at the next customer as if she wants me to leave. So I went on my way and I waited at home and it got to be 4 hours later and still haven't heard anything yet so I called and got an automated message saying that it's being worked on but having issues with insurance. So I droblve back down just to see what I could do and what they needed for my insurance information ( I didn't give them my updated one yet) so I figured maybe that's the case. ( I would have earlier but I felt rushed and that the pharmacist in the morning didn't want to deal with me) I've been nothing but nice to them. Anyways when I went back there was another pharmacist there and she just looked up at me and said " yes" but in a mediocre tone. And I asked her about my prescription and told her my name on it and she said there is " nothing there for me" and I said confused but I was patient and I said that that's strange the pharmacist in the morning said ut was and I told her I called and the automated message said that it's being worked on and about my insurance. And she said frustrated she doesn't see anything and she immediately turned her computer screen at me. And she said she will get the other pharmacist a guy there so he came over and immediately and rudely said there is nothing there for me. So I calmly said ok ill message my doctor to see if he can resend it and while I tried doing that he yelled in a rude tone hold ok I don't think it's here but I'll check and then kept mumbling something at me as if I was a nuisance just by being there and I just didn't respond to that and was quietly trying to message me doctor and then the pharmacist came back with a bunch of papers in the air and yelled at me " SEE NOTHING HERE!!" So I just said ok and quietly went on mybway but he all of a sudden called out to me and said is it under another name? And I said it shouldn't be but the only other name which I don't use with my doctors is my married name and he said it was under that( why didn't they ask me for my address/ phone number/ birth date in place of it is beyond me) would have saved alot if aggravation. So after all that he said that they don't take the insurance. And that was before I told him my current and when I told them my updated one ge said they " don't take it" and to ' go to another pharmacy " and I know for a face they do too take it because I know a fee others who have my exact insurance who gets theirs there) so I just said ok and had it sent to a MUCH BETTER pharmacy where I get treated with respect. So walgreens is out the window for me for ANY of my future needs. I can't trust them one bit

I received text messages stating my prescriptions were ready, but when I arrived I was told there were no prescriptions available. I spent approximately 30-40 minutes trying to resolve the issue, repeating the same information to multiple employees. Instead of receiving help, I was interrupted, spoken to in a condescending tone, and told to come back the next day because they did not want to fill all my prescriptions at that time. I explained that my doctor had submitted a new prescription the day before and that I needed all of my medications as prescribed. I also asked whether my prescriptions could be delivered to my home if they could not be filled, but that request was refused. The situation escalated to the point where the store manager was called, yet I still left without a resolution. No patient should have to argue, make multiple trips, or be treated disrespectfully while trying to obtain necessary medication. Patients deserve professionalism, respect, and clear communication. I hope CVS Corporate takes these repeated complaints seriously and improves the customer service and patient care at this pharmacy.

Store is rather spacious and the seasonal section is full, and the rest of the store was pretty well stocked, well organized and had good prices. The employees around checkout are friendly, but do need a lesson in store policies. First, when three or more people are in line, they should really open another register. Second, if the sign for the "Price Accuracy Guarantee" is posted right ON the register, they should know about it and honor what it says. Management shouldn't be needed for an employee to go by the state law. Customers who use this specific location also need to figure out some things... I would be so embarrassed to wear my pajamas into Walgreens. 2 stars for this store. Not bad, but wouldn't be my chosen store for all the essentials in the Brockton area.

Once the pharmacist looked at my profile, she saw that the new prescription had been sitting there for weeks, she ran the prescription through immediately. This issue could have been resolved 3 weeks ago. While waiting for my prescription, I saw at least 6 people, they were on their cell phones, laughing, joking around with each other and shuffling papers around. I couldn't believe what I was seeing. I even overheard another staff member on the phone with a patient facing the same issue as mine. The lack of seriousness and unprofessional behavior in alarming for a pharmacy where accuracy and patient care is on the line.This place has completely gone downhill. Management needs to address how carelessly this team takes to their job.I can just imagine of how many patients have experienced the same thing and have not complained.
