A positive experience I had here today was at checkout: the employee noticed that the Trader Joe's reusable bag I brought had some wear & tear near one of the handles and offered to replace it for free. The bag I had was no longer available but she helped me select a new similar reusable bag. It's these small acts of kindness and going the extra mile that makes it a part of the community. This was my first time in Balducci's and it reminded me (in the best way possible) of a hybrid between DeCicco's and The Fresh Market - but of course, smaller. The owner of the supermarket brand is Albertsons (what a throwback lol!). Expect to buy quality foods, international finds, gourmet ingredients and they even offer catering. Their baked goods like cupcakes and cakes are all imported from other locations but I will say they're delish and great quality.
