The displays make it easy to see the selection. When you walk in, the owner gives you a warm greeting. He's happy to walk through the cuts with you and talk about how they can be cooked. A quality of the meat that I have purchased have been excellent. Beef, chicken and pork were all great. The sausages are delicious, and I especially want to point out that the Texas red hot beef sausages, packed just the right amount of punch. I also really enjoyed the in-house cured pancetta. The parking lot is very large and a huge plus is that there is a post office next door. I come here specifically for their cafe and grill. When I need a pick me upper I grab a vanilla chai and then head to the grill for a steak and cheese. Almost always I enjoy these two items. I would recommend that others give these two sections a chance. I'm not much of a grocery shopping person but when I do need to pickup items it's nice that the lines here a minimal or they move fairly quickly.
