Sebastian and his team did a beautiful job installing our Kitchen and Laundry room countertops. All their work was done on time and as promised. We would highly recommend them. read more

We bought a home a year ago and needed to match the existing quartz counter tops. Stoneworks (Sebastian) came out, measured and return in a few weeks with the perfect match. He was quick, and very precise. We just installed wine fridges and cabinet and I again needed a matching quartz top. They had a piece in stock that was a perfect match, but needed to be seamed. It was quite a bit less expensive than ordering a whole new slab, but I was afraid I would hate the seam every time I looked at it! Guess what? I cannot see it at all! Thanks again Sebastian. If I ever need new counter tops, there is only one place I will call. Stone Works (as long as Sebastian is my tech). read more

Came to use this company because of all the great Yelp reviews. The reviews were spot on. Working with Sebastian was a pleasure. He was efficient, speedy, and amazing with his follow through (which is a rarity in Miami). He arrived on time and the countertops were installed when he said they would be. We were in constant contact from beginning to end. The final product was amazing and the price was even better. Don't hesitate to call for all your countertop needs. You're in good hands. read more

Sebastian is amazing. Best price in town. No bullshit and very professional. On the day of the install they knocked the job out in under 3 hours. Highly recommended. read more

I used this company to place new Quartz countertop and backsplash for my kitchen. The Company is very convenient. Sebastian came to my house with all the samples and helped us decide which to choose. He is very honest and dependable. He was always on time and easily to get in contact with. He is a perfectionist.. And so am I... He delivered his work on time and everything was perfect. Sebastian was with us from the very beginning until the end of the job. My husband and I are very happy with our new kitchen countertops and we highly recommend this company without any reservations. read more

We purchased the quartz from Total Quartz. Sebastian and his team received our two jumbo quartz slabs on Monday, and it was fabricated and installed by the very next day. This is a huge deal because we experienced other significant delays (not involving Stone works) in the process of having our kitchen complete. Though they worked exceptionally timely, the quality was not sacrificed, we were especially impressed by the level of detail, precision, and ownership Sebastian and his team (Eduardo and Vladimir took), it is very evident that they are employees and not contracted workers that are just rushing to complete the job. We would definitely use them again and can highly recommend Stone works with no hesitation. read more

I used this team to install my new quartz countertop over existing cabinets that I refurbished in a new home purchased a few months ago. Olivia was very responsive in their email responses. They provided me with the right samples to make a decision. Sebastian was there every step of the way and when it came to the install he took hours to get his template right. He is truly an artist with this stuff and takes an amazing amount of pride in his work. They came when they said they will, they delivered on or ahead of schedule and I'm thrilled with the end result. This is my 4th home remodel and I would use them again! read more

Sebastian installed black quartz countertops in my kitchen on two separate occasions. First when I built a new kitchen and then after I installed a kitchen island. Great work. I'm a very satisfied customer. read more

We recently purchased a condo in the Brickell area. We are new to Miami and were very apprehensive about replacing our kitchen counter tops as we are not familiar with the Miami trades. After reading the positive reviews on Yelp, I contacted Stone Works for a quote to replace our limestone counter tops with quartz. I was so impressed with Sebastian and his professionalism & knowledge. I was even more impressed the day of install. Sebastian and his crew were prompt to arrive. More importantly, they treated our home with care. They were careful not to damage our cabinets, they kept the dust and mess to a minimum, and they were precise with the placement of the new counter top. As for price, I did not compare because I did not find reviews as positive as Stone Works. In our experience, you get what you pay for. In this case, we received exceptional service, quality, and workmanship. Will be using Stone Works to replace the bathroom vanities in the near future!!! Love the new quartz counter tops :) :) :) Thank you Sebastian and crew for a very positive experience! read more

By far the most pleasant part of my kitchen remodel project was dealing with Sebastian and his team. Courteous, honest, and professional- I'm so glad we went with Stone Works! Thanks for the beautiful quartz countertops! read more

I recently worked with Sebastian to update our new kitchen and I can't say enough great things about him and his team. A true professional and artist, Sebastian is incredibly knowledgeable in his field and was always willing to give us suggestions as to what would work best in the space, which I very much appreciated. But more importantly, he and his team are a pleasure to work with- easy, friendly, reliable, detail-oriented... My marble countertops (and amazing sink too!!) are gorgeous and exactly what I had hoped for- I couldn't be happier with the entire experience. read more

Stoneworks installed a quartz countertop in my kitchen, and the experience was amazing! They had the best price, and the work is excellent (Sebastian arrives ON TIME, if not early, for appointments - very unusual in Miami), the countertop looks beautiful - could not be more pleased. Thank you!!! read more

Took me a while to get to this but i wanted to make sure i put in a good review that this company deserves. I never write reviews but this company went so far and above great service that i just had to. I dealt with sebastian and he is absolutely awesome. He is extremely punctual and very much needed with my time constrained schedule. The company's turn around time was one week!! , which is amazing for countertops. Not only is the customer service absolutely amazing but the price was so far below everyone else it was just a no brainer. I had the waterfall countertops done on our island in quartz and that requires precision and the job they did was absolutely perfect. Usually i would have to look over everything and i always catch something that needs to be fixed, but this was not the case with sebastian and his crew. They double and triple checked everything and left no work behind. If you need anything done dont hesitate to hire this company! read more

I have now had three different jobs completed beautifully by Stone Works Marble and Granite. Of course, Sebastian is the magician! My kitchen was competed in a dark blue Ceasarstone that is still shining four years later. Every corner was measured to perfection and the job was not easy as Sebastian had to make sure he did not break the existing tile back splash. More recently I had the powder room bathroom vanity also done to perfection by Sebastian and last week I had the guest bathroom vanity expertly measured and fitted by Sebastian. In addition to his superb skills he is most pleasant to work with and offers excellent suggestions on color choices. A beautiful bathroom is now ready for my holiday guests! read more

I am a Canadian who bought a vacation property in Sunny Isles. It was challenging to find contractors who were competent and reliable. Stoneworks Marble & Granite is awesome. I've dealt with them twice, specifically Sebastian and it's been nice and easy like it should be. Sebastian is punctual, professional and pays a lot of attention to detail. The price, quality and craftsmanship is top notch and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them and him to anyone. Don't waste your time looking elsewhere. read more

Awful company, we bought Quartz counter tops from Home Depot and they outsource to this company to get the stone and install it. They came out to template our kitchen, they did it wrong so when the stone came in and the company came to install the stone it did not fit, I have a cooktop with a downdraft and they failed to cut out the downdraft, they said they could cut it while they were here (mind you in my kitchen) I immediately said No, there were gaps in the counter tops from the wall because they stone did not fit and the supervisor told me he could cut some smaller pieces and patch it, Really!!! You pay that much for Quartz counter tops you want it to fit correctly. Because the counter top they brought was wrong they cut into my wall to try to get it to fit and damaged my wall and my brand new cabinets by sliding the stone across them instead of lifting them. My husband and I told them we would not accept the stone as it was and insisted they send someone else out to re-template and cut the stone correctly which they did "a supervisor", he actually did a correct template but when the second stone came out from this company not only had they not cut out my downdraft, they didn't cut out my cooktop, so now round 3 is approaching, my husband told them if it was not correct this time we were done and would cancel our order all together and go somewhere else, in the mean time we had to have our wall repaired and we are fighting with Home Depot about my damaged cabinets since they are the ones who outsourced to this company. My cabinets where not the cheap cabinets sold at Home depot we bought them from C&L Kitchens so they are very nice cabinets and now they are damaged. I regret ever buying my counter tops from Home Depot and having to deal with Stoneworks. I hope this review helps people out there from having to deal with what we have had to entail with this company. Never again. read more

Stone Works is a fantastic company!!! They just installed my quartz countertop and the result is absolutely stunning. The price is great for the remarkable results you get. Sebastian was a wonderful help and offered his opinions regarding design and function. Everyone at Stone Works is very friendly, professional, helpful, and most importantly in Miami... always on time and reliable!!! I can't stress this enough after working with flighty contractors throughout the renovation of my home. The countertops were the only improvement in my whole house reno that went smoothly, without a glitch, and stress free, thanks to the staff and Sebastian at Stone Works. The countertop is made seamlessly with the modern mitered edge cut, and I am blown away by the craftsmanship of Stone Work's installers. My counter top looks gorgeous, and I can't thank Stone Works enough for their beautiful work. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to redo their countertops. read more

super professional, before time estimated, great price! thnks sebastian

Having had poor prior experiences with other companies, I was worried about using anyone. I have to say, without hesitation, that the entire process with Stone Works Marble & Granite LLC was perfect. They answer the phone, they answered my questions, they came on time. The processing of the order was quick and easy. I didn't have to wait a long time to have the product installed. Their price was less than others and they take credit cards. The quality of the work was perfect. Their work process was clean, neat, courteous, timely and the install is beautiful. And living in a high rise Condo, they took care of all the paper work with my condo office themselves and knew what to do so I had no stress with my condo office. I could not ask for more. Thank you Stone Works Marble and Granite, LLC. I highly recommend this company if you are looking for courteous people who perform quality work at a fair price. Maria read more

I'm very sorry to give this company its first bad review, but it has been imposible for me to get any service from them. Their customer service is the worst. When I read the amazing reviews and the competitive prices on their website, I contacted them immediately to get my countertops done with no luck. First I was told that they were handling a commercial work order and they could schedule a consultation in a week, then they told me to send my kitchen plans by email, which I did, no confirmation email back. I called again and they told me that in two days they will respond, and when they did, the only response was that the measures of my kitchen are under their company minimum requirements. I responsed back asking what this minimum are so I could order backsplash or something, but still no answer. It seems like they do not need new clients, but anyways this behavior is very unprofessional. read more
