We purchased the quartz from Total Quartz. Sebastian and his team received our two jumbo quartz slabs on Monday, and it was fabricated and installed by the very next day. This is a huge deal because we experienced other significant delays (not involving Stone works) in the process of having our kitchen complete. Though they worked exceptionally timely, the quality was not sacrificed, we were especially impressed by the level of detail, precision, and ownership Sebastian and his team (Eduardo and Vladimir took), it is very evident that they are employees and not contracted workers that are just rushing to complete the job. We recently purchased a condo in the Brickell area. We are new to Miami and were very apprehensive about replacing our kitchen counter tops as we are not familiar with the Miami trades. After reading the positive reviews on Yelp, I contacted Stone Works for a quote to replace our limestone counter tops with quartz. I was so impressed with Sebastian and his professionalism & knowledge. I was even more impressed the day of install. Sebastian and his crew were prompt to arrive. More importantly, they treated our home with care. They were careful not to damage our cabinets, they kept the dust and mess to a minimum, and they were precise with the placement of the new counter top. As for price, I did not compare because I did not find reviews as positive as Stone Works. In our experience, you get what you pay for. In this case, we received exceptional service, quality, and workmanship. Will be using Stone Works to replace the bathroom vanities in the near future!!! Awful company, we bought Quartz counter tops from Home Depot and they outsource to this company to get the stone and install it. They came out to template our kitchen, they did it wrong so when the stone came in and the company came to install the stone it did not fit, I have a cooktop with a downdraft and they failed to cut out the downdraft, they said they could cut it while they were here (mind you in my kitchen) I immediately said No, there were gaps in the counter tops from the wall because they stone did not fit and the supervisor told me he could cut some smaller pieces and patch it, Really!!! You pay that much for Quartz counter tops you want it to fit correctly. Because the counter top they brought was wrong they cut into my wall to try to get it to fit and damaged my wall and my brand new cabinets by sliding the stone across them instead of lifting them. My husband and I told them we would not accept the stone as it was and insisted they send someone else out to re-template and cut the stone correctly which they did "a supervisor", he actually did a correct template but when the second stone came out from this company not only had they not cut out my downdraft, they didn't cut out my cooktop, so now round 3 is approaching, my husband told them if it was not correct this time we were done and would cancel our order all together and go somewhere else, in the mean time we had to have our wall repaired and we are fighting with Home Depot about my damaged cabinets since they are the ones who outsourced to this company. My cabinets where not the cheap cabinets sold at Home depot we bought them from C&L Kitchens so they are very nice cabinets and now they are damaged. I regret ever buying my counter tops from Home Depot and having to deal with Stoneworks. I hope this review helps people out there from having to deal with what we have had to entail with this company. Never again. read more

Took me a while to get to this but i wanted to make sure i put in a good review that this company deserves. I never write reviews but this company went so far and above great service that i just had to. I dealt with sebastian and he is absolutely awesome. He is extremely punctual and very much needed with my time constrained schedule. The company's turn around time was one week!! , which is amazing for countertops. Not only is the customer service absolutely amazing but the price was so far below everyone else it was just a no brainer. I had the waterfall countertops done on our island in quartz and that requires precision and the job they did was absolutely perfect. Usually i would have to look over everything and i always catch something that needs to be fixed, but this was not the case with sebastian and his crew. They double and triple checked everything and left no work behind. If you need anything done dont hesitate to hire this company! read more

I have now had three different jobs completed beautifully by Stone Works Marble and Granite. Of course, Sebastian is the magician! My kitchen was competed in a dark blue Ceasarstone that is still shining four years later. Every corner was measured to perfection and the job was not easy as Sebastian had to make sure he did not break the existing tile back splash. More recently I had the powder room bathroom vanity also done to perfection by Sebastian and last week I had the guest bathroom vanity expertly measured and fitted by Sebastian. I'm very sorry to give this company its first bad review, but it has been imposible for me to get any service from them. Their customer service is the worst. When I read the amazing reviews and the competitive prices on their website, I contacted them immediately to get my countertops done with no luck. First I was told that they were handling a commercial work order and they could schedule a consultation in a week, then they told me to send my kitchen plans by email, which I did, no confirmation email back. I called again and they told me that in two days they will respond, and when they did, the only response was that the measures of my kitchen are under their company minimum requirements. I responsed back asking what this minimum are so I could order backsplash or something, but still no answer. It seems like they do not need new clients, but anyways this behavior is very unprofessional. read more
