Good price but their customer service ended up being a total disaster…read more They installed a defective unit which they wanted to repair rather than to replace like I wanted, effectively wanting to sell me a refurbished unit at the full new unit price. They left the generator installation site with low places around it so water pools around the generator when it rains They did not set up the generator app on my wifi so I had to get lots of help from Generac to connect it to my wifi. And, they refuse to make ANY after installation service calls either to complete the installation properly or to address any future warranty issues. I personally believe they did this because I demanded a new replacement generator. In the replacement discussion I may have been a bit rude to them when I became frustrated with their attitude but they were definitely rude to me. Needless to say we would not have considered this company if we knew there would be ZERO after sales support. I would suggest that new Generac customers give careful consideration before selecting this company to install their Generac

I talked to a friend who recommended Nomic. I called and set and , Dillan arrived on time. He looked at my electrical panel and suggested the correct size for our needs. Strait forward kept in contact, and the install went as agreed we had one little hiccup on the install ,and Dillan was on it immediately. It was impressive. Typically, I am reluctant to make recommendations but have no reservations about recommending Nomic for your generator needs.

First, we did not end up working with UWRG, but we wanted to. The only reason we went elsewhere is…read morebecause we needed a specific additional service that they didn't offer. Every interaction with them was prompt and professional. I sent them our mold remediation protocols. They called the next day to schedule a visit, and I had an estimate a day or two later, that was roughly on-par with other estimates I received. Chris, who came out to do the site review and walk us through the plan, was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, pointing out a few things that changed how we thought about what actions to take first. We have other parts of our project that we're delaying for a few months and we'll probably used UWRG for them.
