I was told on February 19th that I was "one job away" I was then told on February 26th "Working as we speak be finished this week" then on March 6th I was told "working as we speak I'll have photos by the end of the week" and finally on march 12th I was told "I'LL be send back your parts tomorrow, I'm not able to do the job". You would think that would be the end of it I was out shipping and would get my parts back? You would be wrong, the parts were "Damaged in shipping" I can't prove he had anything to do with the damage, So It was off to file a claim with ups. I filed the claim successfully, but ups said the check had to go to the sender, which was eric, He got the check even sent me a picture of it, He then said he was taking 100 from it for his shipping costs and he would send me a check for the remainder which he never did. so, after all is said and done, he made money by keeping the ups check and all I got was damaged parts, I would never do any business with him if you don't want to be jerked around and screwed over.

My wife and I had the pleasure of watching our grandson last week while his parents were out of…read moretown for a friend's wedding. They have a humongous sectional couch that wouldn't fit in any room of our house. It seats about 8 people comfortably and has at least three reclining sections. Two of those are electric. Unfortunately, I sat on one of the reclining sections and pushed the button to recline while we watched episodes of The Traitors during the baby's nap. When I pushed the button to put the leg rest down, nothing happened. I did everything I could think of, including watching YouTube videos, but couldn't get it down. The baby likes to crawl under there when it is up. We don't like that because it is dirty and dangerous under there. I called everybody I could find from an Internet search. Nobody answered. Finally, later that day, David Long from Long's Services called. He said he was booked until the next week, which didn't work with us. I asked him if there was anything he could suggest to get the foot rest closed up. He talked with me for about 10 minutes describing the processes and told me to call him back, if I couldn't do it, and he might be able to come out later that night to help. I couldn't figure it out at all. I called him back and he said he could not come that night, but would come the next day (Saturday) when he finished up another job in New Braunfels. He actually arrived at the house at 5:00 and, with a little bit of help from me, he pulled the sectional apart and checked all the wires. He found two wires that were unplugged, plugged them in, and the recliner worked again. All of the wires were stretched too far and tangled in a mess under the sectional. He got them all organized, and we put the sectional back together. When all was done, he asked me to pay him $75.00. I told him that didn't sound fair. He came all the way up from San Antonio. He wouldn't even get home until around 8:00 PM. I tried to give him $200, but the most he would take from me was $100. I gladly paid him. Dave is a great guy. I highly recommend his business for all of your furniture repairs. He is honest, knows what he is doing, and most of all, really wants to help you.

I spoke with Adam via e-mail regarding the details and brought my weapon in for work. The work included a complete cleaning/degreasing of the pistol and disassembly. Colton, the fabricator, took my order and within a week and a half, my pistol was ready. I had seen a particular camouflage pattern done at another shop and asked if they could replicate it. The finished product was absolutely beautiful and I couldn't be more pleased. They also trimmed out my three magazines to make sure they would match with the pistol, a thoughtful detail. The folks here are super nice and really interested in providing great customer service. The price was very reasonable and in line with other coating services. Highly recommended.

Family vacation to float on river, the Vehicle engine…read moretotally blown per the mechanic shop it was towed to. Being from out if town & hundreds of miles away from home , had to get rental car. Instead of having vehicle towed back we decided to Salvage it. Called Mathew Cox who was in the general area where vehicle was. We agreed on a price over the Phone. He sent us half of what we agreed on and the rest when he received the Title we FedEx. Cox Salvage held their end of the deal and really helped us put that issue behind us so we could move on to finding another vehicle.

They were meticulous and even took care to remove the plastic pieces and even replaced the worn ones. Would highly recommend! Much cheaper than buying a new patio set--and it came home looking brand new! This was for a table, four swivel chairs and a glider.
