We will never be coming back. It started at the register, I ordered tri tip sandwich and when she asked for sides, I chose the corn on cob (which was on the sides menu) but the girl needed to check with the manager about it. She came back and said that it wasn't an option (even though it's listed). So I then chose the beans (which is also on the sides menu options). As we were sitting and waiting for our food, a worker came to us and said she was sorry they didn't have beans so I needed to choose another side. They got my friends order wrong, she ordered tri tip sandwich but the girl put a chicken sandwich. My friend didn't want to deal with it anymore so she decided to just eat it and the chicken started tasting rubbery towards the end so she stopped eating it. Then, as we were somewhat eating our mediocre food, two managers had sat another employee down at a table next to us and were giving him a bad evaluation....in front of everyone. Employees were walking by pretending to be working but were standing by that table listening to this other employee getting a bad evaluation. This was very unprofessional. Let me start off by saying that I have been coming here (to this location) since I was three years old and it was called "Wild Fire Grill." (Anyone??) And now I am in my twenties and I have a son. To think that after all that time, Stonefire is still impressing me with how they have kept up their quality and professionalism, as well as with how they keep modifying their menu to include new and interesting dishes. Crazy how time flies. I like to order Stonefire every few months at least. I would eat it more often, but in recent times I've had my menu options somewhat limited--I used to eat so many breadsticks until I found out I am actually quite allergic to wheat. (PSST! GUYS!!! IF YOU ADD GLUTEN FREE PASTA TO THE MENU I WILL EAT HERE EVERY DAY!!!!!) What does a girl have to do to get some gluten-free alfresto up in this place? I came in on Christmas Eve and I was blown away by the incredible assembly line process that they used to fill what must have been hundreds of orders in a reasonable amount of time. I had a small issue with my order and I had to add something I should have asked for at the beginning. I was worried it would hold up my order. I'm sold!!!! There's no dine in, so you're either doing take out or pick up from ordering online. After walking in for take out and seeing how busy and chaotic it was, it's best to order online. The team members at this location are awesome. They work hard and fast to satisfy every customer. Just by looking at them in their element, it looks chaotic. It would give you the impression that orders would be inaccurate and they would recieve many complaints but nope. Their tip jars stay full and customers walk away happy. The more I observed them, the more I started to recognize that there is a method to their madness. They are well organized when it comes to online orders. They placeed the orders away according to names. Also any customers who do walk in orders are given the option to wait inside or to wait in their cars. I thought that was awesome. Not only was my name on the receipt but also the make/model and color of my car. I was very impressed. The pot the icing on the cake was the fact that Brandyn (the team member who took my order) told me that it would be about 30 to 35 minutes. I was prepared to wait because it looked as if it was worth it. Danielle brought my food out within 15 minutes. I couldn't believe it. Very good service and awesome attitudes from the team members. Wait there's more...The food was so worth the price and the wait time. I went with the 12" Pizza called "The Works". It was crispy, not watered down with a bunch of sauce. The vegetables on the pizza was nice and crispy the bread of nice and flaky. Even the cheese was perfect. I also asked for a slab of pork ribs. Get this.. have you ever had ribs that taste like baked chicken? While eating these ribs I kept questioning if I was eating ribs at all. The meat fell off the bone and it wasn't too salty and it was fluffy like. The barbecue sauce was okay. If there is a such thing as six stars I would have gave them six. My parents ordered their $26.99 offer and it came with a pizza, salad, breadsticks, and tri tip. You can also choose chicken instead of the tri tip. My family tries to eat here everytime we are in Southern California because there is no stone fire in Northern California. My favorite thing from here is either their Caesar salad or their sauce. The sauce is right next to the salad in the picture that I attached. The sauce is very garlicy so if you're not a fan of garlic then you won't like the sauce. They have outdoor seating here and the inside is pretty big for a restaurant. The food was very good. I did not eat the tri tip when I went here. I would recommend this restaurant to people. I had guests today and thought of ordering from Stone Fine Grill in Valencia, thinking it's the same quality as we know, had not been there for 3 years or so, big mistake. To begin with very unfriendly website, took me 3 try's to get basic information, finally called an was greeted by someone who was hard to understand and would not allow you slip a question in there, finally I was able to get him to talk about their stimulus family package, which I was about to purchase 2 packages. There website shows a price of $28.99, but I was told, no longer, it's now $39.99, then I asked for the cartwheel salad, also on their website, I was informed, they no longer serve that, I out of frustration, I completed my order, since my guests had already arrived and asked them to deliver, once again I wan told that they do not deliver, even though their website said otherwise. When I went to pick up my order, the guy (kid) who helped me, gave me two bags of food a 2 pizzas, he just tossed it on counter with all the food boxes all over the place, when I got home, my wife asked if a tornado had hit me and after all that my guests ate the salad and the pizza, leaving behind the Chicken and the Tri-tip, needless to say I will never go back there again. read more

My family and I have been eating here ever since I could remember. I think they catered my bris but you'd have to ask my mom. And now that I'm finally 13, I can voice my opinions on the internet at a business's expense like a big boy. I will say flat out, I do not like this place. I've been in the actual establishment maybe three times in my entire life and every time I enter the air grows colder and my vision starts to fade. Ever heard of Feng Shui? Well this is the American rip off that's terrible and loses any semblance of the original message, like Ghost in the Shell with Scarjo (big fan if you're reading this). We exclusively order takeout from here for this reason, which may be why I hate the food so much, but I doubt that the tri tip magically gets chewier than last weeks bubblegum I stuck to the bottom of Mrs. Dreiler's desk (frick homework!) The pizza is always so oily that I could easily substitute it for another type of slick substance in my late night sessions watching Ghost in the Shell (again big fan Scarjo). And don't even get me started on the pesto pasta. My SO insists that pesto pasta is good but I've only ever had this bland, green mess. Imagine eating tube shaped packing peanuts coated in Parmesan and you'd have a meal I'd rather have than their pesto pasta. The only good thing here is the chop salad which is saying a lot for a place with Grill in the name. Seriously, why do restaurants that want to be culturally ambiguous add grill to the end of everything? It's apparent that Stonefire is still a white belt in the business of making anything palatable because they haven't earned their E like Salt Creek Grille has. A couple of notes to Stonefire: JUST QUIT Unfortunately, my opinion matters little in this vast, ever-growing expanse of a valley inhabited by people with no taste. All I can say is, expand your horizons people. Look past the chewy burnt meat and oil hurricane pizza and salmon sauced so much it resuscitated itself. Look to the small businesses that are actually trying to make a difference in your community by importing their culture with love and tradition. Support McDonalds. I only go to this place for their chopped barbecue salad; I haven't had anything Else there. I always substitute spinach for the greens, and I get the tri-tip. Every time I go it's really good, but every once in a while I get a bite of a piece of gristle which kind of disgusts me. Not good to serve to guests. I ordered over 200 dollars worth of food for Xmas eve to serve to my family and friends. We picked up the food it was ready on time and everything seemed good. Then when we opened the containers it was so embarrassing. The tri tips were so small it looked like they had already been eaten from containers were so empty. The chicken looked just as empty and it was cold! Like it had come out of refrigerated area not a grill. The salads all soggy and also looked half full. The beans potatoes were full in plastic to go soup containers so those looked ok. The pizzas also cold like they had been sitting out for quite a while but we picked them up right on time. Ugh so embarrassing to serve to guests it made everyone feel like there wasn't enough food just a terrible experience. I've ordered from Rattlers before and it was all excellent and large order and great experience. My friend told me afterwards Stonefire are known to not be able to handle volume orders around holidays and now I know it firsthand. I usually get chi chis pizzas pastas and salad and rolls for less money and great food with plenty to go around. So I will never order from here again to serve any guests that's for sure.My guests saw it firsthand also as we opened all containers in front of everyone. Stonefire has been a staple in my family for many years. Unforantely, though the customer service leaves much to be desired. After ordering food online tonight, and being told my food woud be ready at a specific time, I went to the restaurant 3 mins after the the estimated time of completion for my food. My food was not yet ready, and I was told by the staff that my food had not even entered the oven yet. I wasn't sure how long it would take for my food to be ready and was highly frustrated when I didn't get my food for an additional 20 minutes. The most frustrating part of this situation was not the service by the waiters/waitresses, rather the service provided by management. It was clear that there was a problem with my order and rather than having the lead manager approach me about the situation, to attempt to make it right, I was completely ignored. This seems to be a common occurrance with one specific manager at this location. With this restaurant being a staple in my family, I know each manager by name and I truly expected more from them. Stonefire is getting to be a go-to lunch spot. Their food is almost always great and when it's not it still has the feel of quality but not my cup of tea. They do a brisk high volume business but still maintain a standard of quality. Today I got the half chicken half tritip meal with cauliflower salad. The meat was excellent with the flavor that didn't hit you in the face. The cauliflower salad wasn't that appealing, the dressing just want for me. Breadsticks are always solid. The cheesecake with blueberries is worthy of poetry. "Ode to cheesecake " service can be a little off but this Stonefire is massively busy and still is quick and if they are slow they made up for it quickly when I mentioned it.
