I originally purchased my vehicle from here in 2022 and have been coming here for my routine 5,000 mile maintenance ever since. Over time I have grown to dislike this location for many reasons , wait time , communication, and the constant need to lie about things my car "needs". I am a young woman and I feel they have tried to play on my intelligence more than a few times and one of those times almost cost me $722 for something I didn't need. I only continue to go here because it the most convenient location for my schedule and because I have a warranty maintenance plan. If I didn't have that I wouldn't be here , it's horrible. I took my 2012 Pilot in on 01/13/2023 for the $189.99 service special. Not only did I not receive the Multipoint Inspection more importantly the service person almost caused a major accident with my vehicle. As I was driving to a store today I felt a rumble on the front side of my vehicle. When I got out to check my tires I reached down and checked the lug nuts...ALL of the lug nuts on the front driver tire were loose!!! Loose enough to twist with two fingers!!! Bought a used car from them in 2023. Bought the platinum warranty for 3300. Five months later I found out the warranty had expired. They asked for another 1100 to give me the 48000 miles I should have had in the first place. Then took the Ford in for service. Drove out there and they said it's a Ford, go to a Ford dealership to get service. I did. Am waiting for a quote for service from Ford; found out the warranty that I've now paid 4400 for might not cover the repairs. For the extra money I could've bought another small used car. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE! I purchased a car September 27th, I still hadn't been reached out to by my bank lender so I contacted the dealership and the dealership gave me my lenders information to call them myself and they told me Stonecrest was supposed to create an account with me when I bought the car. I call stonecrest finance department and sales department and was sent to voicemail. I left voicemails and nothing happened. It's now December, they're contacting me at my job asking me to come in and create my account. I work a lot so I go on a day that I have to work. I'm there for 7 hours and they took no accountability, had no explanation as to why the bank application expired, which I didn't know until I got there. The sales person got multiple attitudes because I was upset about being wronged, very unprofessional. They treated me like I was some sort of car thief and admitted on several occasions that they dropped the ball and were unprofessional and don't listen to their voicemails nor do they answer calls. Tried to blame it on my number changing which I called and told the voicemail of and my co signer paperwork, which I was confirmed by my original sales person was in. I even went into the dealership after getting my car because they had me driving around with a tester tag, I finally got my temp tag and was just then given me all my paperwork from my sale weeks later and was told all my paperwork was good and that I was good to go by a FINANCE PERSON. Now I'm here at the dealership two months later they knew my bank application expired, failed to tell me and took my car back with all my things in it I had to figure out my way home an hour away with all my things, no car and I still have yet to receive my nearly $4000 down payment back. If I were you I'd steer clear of this place the wait times are phenomenal. On 9/16 I went in for oil change waited 3 1/2 hours thought it was just a bad day at Honda so I gave them another shot. I go back in 10/28 with a 715 appointment for front brake pads to be changed. After waiting four hours my car wasn't even started. I just requested my vehicle back and said to myself never again. So before I left I talked to the service manager for an explanation and he gave me the weakest excuse on the planet. We only have like two guys to do brakes. I saw people come and go well after my 715 appointment so finally at 11:30 I had enough and I requested my vehicle back without it being serviced. Every single time I take my civic here it is at least 4 hours or more. I recently had to get a recalled fixed with my 19 civic. I found a chicken bone under hood and a cigarette.No around me smokes. It was in a place where it could have caused a lot damage. . A simple change is $70. But if you ask why is my car making there noise. You easily walk away with more than $300 bill. Unsatisfactory service department - At least on the front end. I brought my 2011 Ridgeline in the day before that it was scheduled to be serviced so they could have it all day. The service was for brake rotors/pads and for rear frame safety recall work. I made the appointment a week in advance. This afternoon, I got a call that my truck is done and ready to pick up. I walk in the service door at 4:30 to literally 11Honda employees standing around and 2 cars in the service bay so not very busy, funny thing, not 1 person asked if they could help me, What ever happened to greetings of some sort? I stood and stood until I finally approached someone and asked for help. Only to find out the recall work was NOT DONE, no parts were ordered... Why did I make the appointment? The original recall inspection was performed on Sept 19th, I made the appointment a few days later. Why weren't the parts ordered when the appointment was made? Stonecrest actually put a line item on my bill for today called "shop charge for repair order $28.80 - I assume this is the charge for the recall inspection which should be on Honda, not me. So now, If I want to have the work done, I have to wait for the parts, take ANOTHER day off from work and figure out how to get to and from StoneCrest Honda AGAIN. This is NOT acceptable. Also, the young lady that did help me, my interim "advisor" actually had the audacity to tell me I am responsible for knowing who my advisor is. Really? Is this how you treat customers. I had 3 different "advisors" on this little adventure. Super bad experience. 1st no fuel, then we don't detail or clean til vehicles are sold, then it's too late to detail tonight, so I ask if I can bring back next day, no when you can come it's too late, bring back on your day off, so I go on my only day off which is Sunday, get told it will take about an hour to detail. Get there on day that works for them, at the time that works for them & don't get vehicle back for hours. I get there at 1:50 pm give them the vehicle, they bring back vehicle to me after 2 hours, only thing they did in those 2 hours is remove 2 stickers off the front windshield, I get a manager & show him that they did nothing other then remove the 2 stickers & didn't even clean the glue from stickers, show him that vehicle is still dirty & nothing was cleaned. He tells me I will get it done, sorry please give us more time. Then another 1 hour & 40 min later. I get back vehicle with barely sticker glue removed, guy also gave me the wrong keys, not to mention my few personal items that I had in the vehicle were missing, also they burned about 1/8 of tank of fuel while they had it. These people don't care about customer service, if I only know how little they care about customers, I would not have gone back to get what was owed to me or would have bought vehicles. My advice to anyone don't come here if you value your time, because they don't care. read more

First off I was greatly disappointed in my service on Thursday with my car. A year ago I placed a great review with this place since services were done above and beyond for me and decided to come back since I had concerns of electrical issues or a sensor with my car (battery light coming on for a half second then going off twice in a month). I personally believe nothing was done with my car the so called "5 star inspection." With me bringing up the alternator and battery replacement 3 weeks prior to Justin McElroy, I felt he pinpointed my alternator off the bat since it wasn't an OEM part and just threw in a few extra things wrong with my car for good measure. Funny missing the fact I need new rotors and an oil gasket leak I already knew about but wasn't mentioned during this 5 star inspection. I don't know who the person was who checked me out but honestly didn't care much for his bedside manner either. "Do you need the car towed", "You're driving it home?", "Good luck getting home", "It will die on you getting home", "You're really brave". Not necessary comments and sure isn't going to push me to use your services sir! Long story short here, went to my regular mechanic. Had everything tested with great voltage on starter, battery and alternator. Nothing wrong with my water pump and the leak is from my oil gasket not timing cover. Also the issue was my ELD sensor which I'm sure wasn't checked obviously. So with that never again will I trust my car at your place. I'm glad there is at least 2 great employees there or not (Thang Hoang and Danny Staton) unfortunately they were not the ones to service my car or this might have been a different and much better outcome. I had an appointment for an oil change at 1:00 p.m. I arrived at the facility around 12:50 p.m. I walked around the outside of the facility to get my steps in, I saw the technician when he pulled my vehicle into the work bay at 1:33 p.m., 33 minutes after my scheduled appointment. When I left the time was 2:43 p.m. (this was after I inquired about the status of my vehicle). I have been a customer of Honda Conyers now Stonecrest Honda for many years and I have never had to wait this long for a simple oil change. Oh, they also rotated my tires. When I left, I noticed my vehicle was vibrating. I knew exactly what it was, the tires were not properly balanced. I was so frustrated; I didn't even want to deal with this dealership anymore. I took my vehicle to Discount tire, and I was correct, the balancing was off. The customer service under this new ownership/management is now horrible. I asked someone to page the Service Manager, he was paged twice and never appeared. I understand everyone is short staffed however, that should not have an effect on customer service. I guess I worked during a time when customer service was so drilled into me as a part of my training, I hold other companies to the same standard when it comes to Customer Service. Management at this location has to get it together or customers will definitely be finding another Honda dealership to visit. I only give this business a two because Ms. Jemira Brittain customer service was immaculate. I asked them to look at the check engine for the code of P507 and they did not give me an answer for that code, charging me almost $200. Instead they told everything else what was supposedly to be wrong with it. I was already upset with because the day I went to go set an appointment the employee Lily was very rude to me and that I had to ask two other employees her name, one employee said, "he isn't going to comment on the situation". Then to go and to try to get me car fixed, but didn't get fixed is ridiculous. They tried to charge me around $1000 for things they said was wrong but didn't want to fix what I asked them to fix. It is on my paperwork about that code but there were no results in trying to fix it. I feel unappreciated as a customer and also I feel hurt & disappointed that I took it in there for one thing, just to be told about fixing other things. I will start by saying Tori, the finance manager, was amazing and helpful as well as Jordan. I believe Jordan works in service but he was my first encounter who was extremely friendly. I think he would be perfect in sales instead! Aside from them, I had the worst car buying experience ever! The car that I purchased was full of smoke. I WOULDN'T HAVE made that purchase if Melissa, sales person, didn't reassure me that they would indeed get the smell out. I mentioned it SEVERAL times. "When they detail it it'll look like new". Definitely wasn't the case. I left the car there for another hour for it to be detailed. Detailing consisted of them ripping the paper off the window. The paper that was stuck on the window was left on there so back to detailing it went. They took the residue off and that was it. I took the car in on Monday after the purchase and spoke with Mr. Watson, sales manager, and he told me it'd be about 30 minutes. I didn't leave until almost 4pm and I arrived around 10am. All day everybody said let me check on it and never returned. My whole day wasted. All I wanted to know was the truth. I have purchased tons of stuff to try to help with the smoke and now me and my daughters are stuck riding around in a vehicle with an embarrassing scent of smoke. At this point I don't even really want to return for the free oil changes. Customer service is horrible. DO NOT SIGN ANYTHING UNTIL WHAT YOU NEED IS HANDLED. I'm unable to write a totally different view so I have to add to this one. Five minutes after writing my previous review I get a call from the finance manager two days after being there a second time telling me I need to give them over $2,000 or my note goes up because somebody went in the system and deleted the taxes. terrible service!!!!!!!! only a few people do their job. the scheduling assistance will schedule for any service but the service you ask for. i came up here yesterday at 4:30 which was my appointment time for me to get a new tire however in the system the lady put down as an oil change just to find out they can't do it cause the tire claim place was closed.... today i been here since 12pm waiting for them to change a tire it is going on 4:30pm. i didn't schedule an appointment because jennifer was supposed to call me back at 10 am after she filed my claim for my tire which she never did. now its about to be my third day in a row that i have to come up here just for a damn tire. the only reason why i am here at this damn shitty dealership is because i bought my car here and got a warranty if i would've known it was going to this hard to get work done on my car i would've saved my money and said forget the warranty and come out of pocket. we had been communicating back and forth with someone about coming to look at a specific car listed on their website. At 3:20pm we confirmed with someone that we were coming to look at it around 6pm. After we drove an hour to the store we arrived at 6pm and we were told the person we were in communication with left and the car we inquired about sold 30min prior. Then the time changed and we were told it sold around 3:55pm. We were then asked if we wanted to look at this other car they had a couple thousand above the one we originally wanted. From the other reviews, they clearly bait you to get out here in hopes that you'll just buy something even if the advertising or communication is not true. No shame in them selling the car but they clearly could've given us a heads up. If they had done that then maybe we would have actually looked at some of their other vehicles and done business with them. read more

My car was due for a regular maintenance schedule so I went to Stonecrest Honda to get my service done. I walked in at 9:40 my car was not ready until 2:05! Granted I agreed to have tires and filters changed and fluids changed I still was there for that amount a time. This service department has no regard for peoples time or a since of urgency! My sales advisor advised that I needed the certain work done on my car which was fine. When she explained what I needed she broke down the price she quoted me the estimate of $946 and when it was time to pay it jumped to $1533. I asked her 2 times about the first price $946 and she confirmed and I signed off on the $946. Where is the miscommunication? Where did I miss the total price? If you broke down the numbers and quoted me the first price!! I'm in utter disbelief in the way the entire situation went down. This is not the first time this location has did me wrong. I tried to give them another chance but I will drive to the other side of town to get service and this location is 5 minutes away from me. Customer service is key to keeping an establishment open. I hope management makes some adjustments because they will lose a lot of people. read more

We went in to test drive a used car on Friday. EJ did a fine job taking us out for a test drive and answering questions. It would have been 1 star if it wasn't for him. We decided to buy the car Monday morning. I asked for a PO for financing. They added $499 to the base price for window tinting, which we didn't ask for. I complained about that and asked them to take it off. A sales manager (Mark Whitenton) at first said they couldn't do anything since the car had already had the window tinting added. He reluctantly said they would reduce the price by $200. I don't like feeling I've been had by sneaking in a price of something I didn't want in the first place. Later they said the windows actually hadn't been tinted but they were fixing a noticeable dent that happened in the transport of the car to their dealership, and they were going to charge us $200. We were told we were all set and to come in and work out the final details and sign the paperwork. I had a really bad taste in my mouth about this but we drove 30 minutes to the dealership because cars in this price range were going fast. We got to the dealership and the car was sold to someone else on Friday, after we had test drove it. We were lied to. I would have been fine if they had been upfront and said the car had been sold, but we got the runaround and thought the car was still for sale. They even called us to confirm we were coming in to finalize the deal to buy the car. They had numerous opportunities to tell us the car had been sold. While we were there they talked up how important their reputation and customer service is. They failed miserably in that aspect. Because of that experience we will not go back and we will tell anyone who is interested in buying a car to avoid this dealership. We had a great experience at Hennessy Lexus, where they treated as if we were buying a brand new Lexus and not just a used car. read more

I wish I could rate a zero star. I needed a simple service that was advertised as a special at approx. $200. After waiting 2 1/2 hrs. the service advisor comes out to tell me that I needed $3300. worth of repairs (not needed because all maintenance and repairs had already been done at another dealership) . I refused and requested the service that I came in for. 15mins later I was told that the car was ready and that I could have same $3300 service for $1500 later. When I got home I reviewed receipt it noted that no work was done I refused service. I called several times for service manager and no one answers and the mailbox is always full. So, I went online to request a callback and someone calls me trying to sell me a new car!!! I wasted 4hrs and spent $200 for nothing.
