Extremely disappointed and concerned as a mother…read more As a mother, I trusted The Little Gym of Lawrenceville to provide a safe, respectful, and emotionally supportive environment for my 2-year-old daughter. Unfortunately, our experience was the opposite. On July 28, 2025, my daughter was verbally attacked by another adult inside the classroom. This woman shouted directly at my daughter, treated her harshly, and even snatched an object out of her hands. When I respectfully addressed the situation, I was also yelled at and disrespected by that same adult -- in front of other parents. Even worse, the instructor present did nothing to intervene, later telling me, "I was with other kids and couldn't do anything." I submitted a notarized formal complaint and demanded action within 48 hours. Instead of a resolution, I received delays, vague responses, and excuses. To this day, no apology has been issued, no action has been taken, and my child's emotional safety has been ignored. I have since canceled my membership and strongly urge other parents to think twice before trusting this location. Children deserve protection, not silence.

My oldest is now 10, he began going at age 2 when they were connected to Great Beginnings. They are now at 211 PIB, FYI. My younger two have gone since they were infants and I think we've had 3-4 of their birthday parties there. The owner & her staff have an amazing ability to connect with the kids & teach them skills while having a blast in an encouraging, safe environment. My boys have also gone to their summer camps & LOVED them, and we've taken them to countless Kids NIght Out events so we could enjoy a dinner/movie. Such a lifesaver if we decided last minute to do something & didn't have a sitter. My kids are now in school full time & several different sports and I now work FT, so we no longer attend classes. I just really appreciate the years they put into teaching my kids & being so caring and attentive. The owner has 4 grown kids and she always told me funny stories, and really understood how crazy & busy my life with 3 little boys was!! Also - 1 time my mom was visiting and had a terrible fall there. She was quite shaken up & very embarrassed. I had an infant in a car seat carrier at the time + a toddler who was there in class. The owner immediately came over to help my mom up, got her ice, offered to call an ambulance, etc....just totally put my mom at ease and that was priceless to me. Thank you so much, Metro Gym!!

Company closed due to inclement weather and a now the month is rolling over without the class day…read morebeing made up. Company is not offering a make up day unless the following month is paid. Which seems unfair being as though the missed class was outside of the control of either party. I'n my opinion an exception should be made to the "policy" to allow the child to make up her class even if the following months payment was not made. It makes you wonder is it about the money or the children. Outside of that little hiccup all has been well. Hopefully, there won't be a note bad weather to force the closing of the business.

While there have been some negative reviews from the recent closure of the boys team, one person this can't be blamed on is the owner. She has allowed the men's program to run at a deficit for years, while the person responsible for the program has not taken any initiative to grow, including completely disregarding repeated requests to do so. Yes it is sad for the kids, yes it's sad for the parents, yes it is also sad for the owner and yes she has a business to run and can't keep taking losses. The teachers always yell at their students. My daughter went there twice. I wrote them over 10 emails to cancel. They never responded and kept charging her. I had to dispute the charges with credit card company because they suck. I had to block them too because they would've just kept charging me. I went in person to cancel and still got charged 2 weeks later. Take your kids to Roswell Gymnastics they always answer, and they teach the kids so much more. THIS PLACE IS AWFUL
