They then had my pc for a little over a week and told me they had no issues with it and were willing to reinstall windows if I wanted to because there was a chance that was causing issues. My problem with the team at Stan's isn't in their inability to fix my issue, even after charging me $250 which is WILD, but my problem is rather the little things that confused me. I explained that the pc would crash during gaming and at specific moments. One would think that that is where a shop would start to look, but they didn't. I had to talk to them 3 times to get them to start playing a game that was causing issues. I also asked if they could try swapping out parts to try and find a hardware issue, and I was told they could. When I picked it up the second time all they said was, yea we ran it for a while and it didn't crash. Nothing about swapping parts to test different hardware components. I won't be taking it back a 3rd time because I have no faith that they'll be able to figure anything out and I've already spent $250 for them to just reinstall some drivers and windows. Oh and when they reinstalled windows I had to then reinstall critical drivers for my cpu and gpu.
