A very well mannered and polite individual who was just making sure that there were a few hours until closing. After the professional conversation was done he chatted with us about life and music. Although we were a little louder than a normal adults and had way to much fun. I would recommend this storage unit to anyone in the valley that I know or don't know. I have no idea why there is even a lien on my unit. Payments are automatically taken from my checking account. The few times I have had to speak with the office staff, they have always been rude and make it seem that I am bothering them when I have issues with their unit (door won't close and another time it wouldnt open.
