the fella who owns the place will show you a very nice unit to get you to sign a deal. but, the day…read morecomes to sign a contract and you get a completely different unit (of the same size) that looks as though it wasn't been used (or even cleaned) in a decade! when you try to contact him to move units, he's suddenly Harry Houdini. you're stuck with the filthy vermin ridden unit and have to clean it out and take precautions yourself. don't use mothballs in there either because he will say he "got sick and nearly threw up from the smell in there" and accuse you of causing damage. simply don't bother with this place.
