Been there twice but can't meet or talk to manager, I dropped off the truck with 1 more day with the contract and the lady at U-Haul where I rented said I just have to pay 40$ for 1 more day, and when I dropped the truck, you guys charged me 58$ but when I asked you guys said that's ok, we will fix it, just go home and don't worry we just charged you 40$. The next week when I found out you charged me 58$, I came back, still no manager, still just go home, we will massage or email to explain everything. But no, nothing, no email, no phone call, no nothing !!! I don't have time to keep coming back so ok ! Take it ! But I wouldn't recommend your place!!! Suck!

9/1/2021 Had a very…read moregood experience with this uhaul. I moved from the western side of the state of Wisconsin to Green Bay. I had to go without a home for 3.5 weeks so I have to store my stuff in 3 large containers or pods. It worked out very well. I had plenty of time to get my things loaded. Then they shipped the pods to the warehouse in DePere. After about a week when the pods were removed from my old home I could come and go to the warehouse if I needed any items in the pods. What I like about this uhaul is that everyone at the DePere location are very helpful and professional. They made it very easy the day I had to pick up my stuff and get it all loaded up onto a uhaul truck. I had a crew to help load. Then once I got to the new place I had a crew to unload. Uhaul website made it easy for me to hire out help. I was able to use the truck in the morning and easily return it later in the day. Great place! Very helpful.
