These issues finally pushed me to look at other climate controlled storage in the area and boy am I glad I did. There are much nicer facilities in the immediate area and at a much more reasonable price. Kind of kicking myself for not looking sooner. Should have been out of there years ago.

When we got there we pulled right into the unit- The units are covered so we didn't have to be outside to unload- Which was great because it was cold and windy. What I really loved though was he provided big flat wagons- we were able to quickly unload or items and pull them right to unit- Thank god! This seriously saved us so much time and less backbreaking! I was so thankful for this after a long day of moving!!

Either there is really poor ventilation or they have a leaky roof as our leather furniture had mold on it. Even after cleaning the wood legs on cabinets and chairs, the black mold stains are permanent. Many boxes had water stains. We did our part by putting pallets on the floor and we covered the pallets with heavy cardboard. There was mouse dropping on everything and a huge mouse nest in a box along with corn they brought in from somewhere else. We did email the manager, Brian, but have yet to hear a reply to these issues. What a huge disappointment!
