This business definitely did not earn my trust. I had my things stolen from my unit, and when I asked them to review security cameras, they weren't able to, due to "trees in the way". I paid for insurance on the unit, which is useless. Place is a joke. Wouldn't recommend, to anyone. read more

Hi Everyone, I'm the Facility Manager for Appleton Self Storage. I have previous experience in storage, truck/trailer rentals and moving supply retail, so when this opportunity arose, there was absolutely no chance I could turn it down. I am so elated to be back, helping my customers & being involved in the community; really doing what I truly love & was meant to do. I do get a few giggles when I express how this industry is a passion of mine. What some people don't understand is how I am there for people when they need me during such stressful times in their lives. (Death, Divorce, Fire/Flood, Moving Mom & Dad into a Home, etc.) Delivering exceptional customer service by simply listening, making people laugh and educating them; that right there... that is what it's all about. I truly look forward to meeting each and every person that walks through the doors of Appleton Self Storage! & know that I am here for all your storage needs. I have had this storage unit for over a year now, just recently due to covid and some personal health issues got behind a little on my rent!!!
