John could not have been more helpful or kind in working with me. As a confirmed girly girl, I was worried about renting a car hauler, but he was awesome checking me in and out..explained how things work and even checked my lights when I was concerned... Best storage place ever. I had a unit there for 16 years. Never any issues. John the landlord is amazing. He's there almost daily checking in on things. I actually kept my unit for an extra year because I didn't want to leave, due to the demand of his units. read more

The movers put everything up front in the storage area and piled things 6 feet high up front so you can't even get into the area. I was over charged and Nick in the office fixed that immediately.
