Jake, the owner, got back to me right away. I am usually extremely anxious talking with people and found him very easy and pleasant to talk to. I had told him right away that I had contacted other companies as well to get estimates. He asked a few questions to get more information about exactly what it was I was looking to have done and made it a point to tell me some different ways I could save money, whether I chose to go through them or someone else, and said he would send me a quote for the job. He was by far the cheapest estimate I received! I chose Hauling Assets not only for the price, but also how friendly they are. They aren't a huge company so you feel like you are actually working with people. This is also a newer business and I wanted to support them. Though the business is newer, the movers have much experience, having been doing moving jobs for many years. The day of the move came and they arrived on time and prepared to work, with any equipment they might need. They moved my things with great care as well as time efficiency.
