He said we would have run out of gas in 24 hours and the refill likely saved my pipes from freezing over the weekend. They easily could have told me to wait till Monday, but came through for us when we needed them the most. Highly recommended.

Other propane suppliers were closing and Milton of Sturgeon Bay was the only one who said they would be at my house the next morning. While working, they discovered gas leaks and ancient equipment that was unsafe. In my defense as a new owner, this was my first winter in the house. I was grateful that they were paying attention to more than just filling the tank in cold temps and that they brought my system up to a safe standard. Their customer service mannerisms were courteous and of good humor. They are long term employees which indicates that management treats them well.
