On June 9, she told me she would not draft anything and that I would have to sign a blank lease form on install day -- with terms that didn't match what we discussed (e.g., sample lease showed a 330-gallon tank, not the 500-gallon we agreed on). When I asked for basic written confirmation before the crew arrived, she told me to go elsewhere if I wasn't comfortable. I'm sharing this so others know to get everything in writing before trusting this company with a multi-year contract.

While working, they discovered gas leaks and ancient equipment that was unsafe. In my defense as a new owner, this was my first winter in the house. I was grateful that they were paying attention to more than just filling the tank in cold temps and that they brought my system up to a safe standard. Their customer service mannerisms were courteous and of good humor. They are long term employees which indicates that management treats them well.
