Draeger is hands down the best in customer service! I called last night that we needed propane. They returned my call right away the next morning but said they couldn't get out here until Mon. or Turs. (I called on a Thursday/Friday). Anyway, no big deal. We can manage. They went the extra mile and got us fuel a few hours later before the weekend! This is the second time we've had this type of experience with Draeger. They are #1 with getting the job done and keeping their customers #1 as well. Nice job, Draeger! Not too often these days do you find excellent service like this! read more
