They also did and interior bedroom that needed some repair and updating. I wanted it to be a surprise for my wife. Willow tree worked with me to get it done while she was away. More recently Willow Tree headed up a complete gut job of my garage with superb results. Found the Willow tree painting company on line and are very pleased and impressed with the painting of our son's house built in the 40s. The home has older wood shingles in weathered condition and some even missing. The shingles proved to be very challenging to strip, prep and paint. He also had old wires hanging we weren't sure what was current or not. This company went above and beyond to repair and restore missing shingles, remove unnecessary wiring per our request even assisted with a faulty water spigot issue just because we'd mentioned we were not sure how to address the problem one of the company owners asked if we'd like help with it and corrected the problem. Very knowledgeable about building structures and how to work with exteriors with age related problems. Paint job went above and beyond. House went from one of the roughest appearances on the street to one that stands out as one of the nicer looking homes with compliments coming from neighbors he hadn't even gotten to know yet. Every time we drive onto the road we just love the transformation. We highly recommend this company.

More concerning, an entire side of the house appeared to have been missed altogether. My husband contacted the owner, Chris Lagrasta, (the one who did the power washing) about the issue. He acknowledged the concern and said he would come back to take a look, but we never heard from him again. No follow-up, no return visit, and no effort to address the problems. What makes this even more disappointing is that my husband and the owner discovered they knew each other from years ago and have many mutual friends. We expected that would mean a little extra care and professionalism, not less. We paid for a professional power washing service and expected a thorough job and basic follow-through when concerns were raised. Unfortunately, we received neither.
