She really knew her stuff and explained how they would clean the house with bio-degradable chemicals (which was very important to me), and suggested a rust cleaning for a location near our chimney. She and her husband Ruben, the co-owner came to do the job on the day promised, were efficient, quick and the job was done to our complete satisfaction and for the agreed price. They worked very hard on some troublesome spots and weren't satisfied until everything was completely clean and shining. I commented on her professional manner and terrific communication skills (she called in advance when she was coming over, explained everything thoroughly) and told her that it was a very welcome bonus. She was smiling and pleasant throughout the job and I told her we would definitely call again when further exterior house cleaning jobs were required. Absolutely 5 star!

The cleaner was to arrive at 9:30am, at 9:10 my daughter got a call from Lindsay who said that the cleaner called out, that her company was no longer going to service the area and that she would issue a $75 credit- she had been paid in full $280!! Damaged the gutter, left the newly washed siding with black residue, broke a spindle on the porch and claimed it was all pre-existing. After much back and forth, a minor fix was done on the gutter and the black was removed(I had tried but couldn't,). One of the first jobs was to fix a porch roof that dripped. Discovered, when it rained, that it wasn't fixed. At that point, I discovered he blocked me so no way to contact him. I was hopeful that I had found someone to do repairs, but was disappointed.
