It's rare to see a contractor with only positive ratings these days, so choosing Tom and Jerry's…read morewas a no-brainer for that alone. I needed to replace the roof on a new home for my son. I obtained a few estimates from different contractors, and they were not the cheapest, but they were reasonably priced with far better reviews than the cheaper option, which is another reason I chose them. Thomas is highly responsive to communication, which again is quite unusual with most contractors in my experience, so that was a nice plus too. They provided evidence of insurance upon request. We paid a 50% deposit to get on the schedule and I was able to pay that by credit card without an extra fee, which was appreciated since it allowed me to get reward points on the purchase. A crew of three guys came out to the house early in the morning and completed the job just before dark. They did a phenomenal job. Each step was documented with pictures to show where rotten decking needed to be replaced, and an explanation of everything. Despite already being reasonably priced, Thomas gave us a nice discount for the extra decking on the final invoice, which was a happy surprised and very much appreciated. They also cleaned up very well after themselves. If you need a new roof or any kind of roof work, Tom and Jerry Roofing is the best there is without a doubt!

Another contractor just used a drone to inspect the roof. And while I understand, this is efficient and can identify areas that need to be repaired, he missed about three things that Tom identified. The crew that came out were pleasant and did a great job. The cost was reasonable. I am very pleased with Tom and Jerry's and would definitely seek them out future roofing needs.

Peter took the time to visit us and in the process cleaned off a copious quantity of leaves and acorns from the roof. He then gave us a realistic look at the condition of our roof and skylights. Peter provided a common-sensical solution for us to address the immediate issues without expensive measures. We happened to call Palace Roofing at a time when there was some flexibility in his schedule, so he was able to have someone come out and do the job for us THE SAME DAY. Amazing. But I know as he gets busy, this may not always be the case for us. Homero came out about an hour or two later and completed the job. I must say that he went Above and Beyond in delivery of service. Not only did he clean the roof, but I walked outside to find my porch and driveway had been cleaned of leaves, as well. I'm absolutely floored by their kindness and service ethic. I'm very glad we called Palace, and I won't be hesitating to reach out to Peter for his company's services should the need arise.

I started searching and was frustrated I couldn't get anyone to respond today. Most were a week away. Pure luck caused me to call. The owner rearranged his schedule in order to get to me by early afternoon. He was clear and professional. We agreed to partner up; he'd get the siding and shingles, I'd get the paint. My roof was in rough shape. I expected him to pitch me a new roof, but he's too honest for that. Instead they worked into the evening, fixed everything, replaced some other siding unrelated to the leak, cleaned my gutters and blew out the leaves and mess from all around my house. And the cost was 20% less than the lowest alternative. A lifesaver!!!

My wife and I were initially nervous about how the shake siding would look compared to the real cedar we had before. But as you can see in the pictures, it turned out wonderfully, even better than we expected. Russ immediately followed up to ensure I was satisfied after the job was done.
