There was no wait, which I'm not sure how this place wasn't swamped, the people seem genuinely happy to be there and the breakfast sandwiches were amazing! It's a drive thru hut. Two sides for the drive thru. Takes about 15+ minutes to get the window to order. Don't come here if you want just a coffee, as folks ahead are getting food and other items that takes longer Ordered a Snickers mocha with oat milk. It comes with three shots, for the large. This coffee shop is a drive up. There are two lines, one of each side of the coffee shop. We got behind someone ordering 5 coffees and a bunch of food. Wish there would have been a way to have her move aside so I could get my coffee order in. We waited quite awhile. That said, the coffee was great and for the least expensive price I've seen in ages. I feel bad that my first review on this shop is not good since i come here all of the time and enjoy my experience every time but but today was the first time i had a bad experience. My coffee was fine and the same as usual but my sandwich ingredients were completely skimped on and my croissant was burnt. The owners happened to be there so i would like to think maybe the employees were on edge and one employee seemed new and the sandwich was overlooked as well as the limes being long. It almost seemed purposefully bad. The usual crew that i see was not there today and they usually have my order consistent and perfect every time amd they are so friendly! Ill come back but i will make sure my sandwich is fine before i drive away from now on... :/ read more

Good: Sandwiches quite good, especially for the price. Surprisingly good croissant! Bad: sickly sweet smoothies and unacceptable use of styrofoam (coffee cup and sandwiches) feels dated and trashy and like they just don't care. Well we do!!!! THE Starbucks of West Branch (I hear Starbucks is on its way into town though...). I love the quick breakfast & coffee drive through- the perfect bite on the go. I always get their breakfast croissant sandwich with bacon. Nothing crazy unique. It's simple & satisfies my tummy. Kinda hard to mess up! I love that they offer dairy free milk for my vanilla latte. Their Snicker Mocha latte is delicious by the way *licking my lips*, although they use a latte powder & there's not actual espresso in it. *major sad disappointed face* I always ask for 2 espresso shots if I order that. I'm not a fan of powders/fake coffee "stuff". They also give my pups treats every time, I love the friendly young kid energy there! Worth stopping by, as I'm personally not a fan of any other breakfast spots in the area. read more

I always try to say something nice, but I can't do that here. I have been there twice, and each time my coffee had a burnt taste to it. I mean it is coffee, just don't leave it on the hot plate to long. But none the less, it had a burnt taste TWICE! Likewise, the service was super rushed and I had to wait in line to be disappointed and over charged. The only reason I gave two stars is because I reserve a one star rating for the worst of the worst. I don't recommend this cofee drive through. The help could be better trained and the coffee was not good. Maybe they only deserve one star but they tried hard so I am being nice and giving them a two star rating. I work across the street so occasionally I go there to get a coffee or smoothies for the employees. Today I stopped in and ordered a coffee and a turkey BLT. I was greeted by a very energetic and friendly person. I'm guessing she's the owner? Normally the employees are younger and don't really look enthusiastic to be there and sometimes seem like I'm wasting their time. Anyway, It made me instantly happy. When I received the turkey BLT, I was surprised it was in a nice big container and not just wrapped in paper. This sandwhich was sooo good ! Seriously the best I've had! I want to order it again, but I'm nervous that I just lucked out, and next time it won't be made as well? We will see... It was awesome. Also, included was a treat... A slice of sweet cake bread. This place was okay as one of those weird drive up coffee shops goes, but the experience leaves a little to be desired. I get that they don't have any larger, more full service cafes around these parts, but you still expect decent coffee drinks even in a drive up coffee shop. We were staying at a friend's house on the lake and we all went into town looking for some cafe mochas and lattes. My friend said this is where everyone goes. Yeah, but that still doesn't mean it's great. Being the only game in town, in a small town at that, makes it easy to please people. The very simple coffee order for three people took so long, I couldn't understand it. It wasn't rocket science, folks. It was just a basic coffee order. The person waiting on us couldn't figure out the way to make a latte the way we ordered, let alone a mocha. Again, it was not complicated and they should have been able to figure it out. They do make coffee drinks all day, right? My friend and I went to get the order while my wife waited back at the lake house. It was ridiculous. She thought that we got kidnapped because we were gone so long. She started laughing the second we started reciting the saga of ordering coffee at this place. We had little faith that the drinks were going to be properly made, but the did taste okay, though my friend, Ellen, did talk the barista through the drink making process to get the order right. I guess she should have been making the drinks. It just was bewildering, lol. read more

On Saturday Aug.15th, around 11:30 am, Stopped for the very first time as we come to West Branch couple times a month. Really wanted a great cup of coffee. Boy was i disappointed, I asked for a Cafe latte with whole milk and Irish cream flavoring. It was cold, good thing my husband was driving cause i would have gone back and got my money back. I have been a Barista and know what a good Cafe Latte is to be its a Hot drink to begin with with lite foam on top. Whole milk will make it a more creamy drink when heated and frothed a little. My husband watched her put the shot of Espresso in and get the whole milk out of the frig and pour it in. Not a latte at all. And for the size that i ordered it should have had two shots of Espresso in. Will not be spending my money there anymore, just wish i could get my money back so i could spend it some place else. read more

Love this coffee stop. We live one town over so when we're coming to walmart or home depot we stop here. They have so many flavors and they'll mix them if you ask and they put roasted coconut shavings on the top too. They can also make sugar-free. They have great employees and I always get good service when I'm coming here. Also a little tip, they have punch cards and they'll give you one if you ask for it. However many coffees and you get one free. I like their coffees more than Tim Hortons or Biggby's personally. I cannot give enough praise to this little place. Love you guys :) read more

I got a hazelnut cappucino with soy milk, and it was better than any coffee I have had from a chain (I'm looking at you, Starbucks). It was nutty, smooth, and absolutely heavenly in the Michigan cold. It was a great price too! If I lived in West Branch, I would be stoping by every morning for coffee. read more
