Stain color was wrong, and installation dates were missed several times with follow ups only after I called and texted several times. The work fast but very precisely and the two rooms came out better that we thought. Our home is over 50 years old and Mark's crew had to spend extra time tearing up two sets of old flooring to do the job right (they did not just "float" the new floor on top of the old like past companies have tried to do to us. I will definitely use them again.
