It could have been risky for Marcos Antunes to call himself an artist, unless, as is the case, he actually is! He takes pride in his work and demonstrates that every step of the way. Often times in review you only hear what went wrong. In this case, I wish to tell you what went right. Marcos shows up when he says he will. He even comes to finish the job after payment to attend to the couple of items on my punch list. Do not be fooled by other cabinet refacers. It is extremely important that the cabinets are painted with an oil based paint. This is what Marcos uses. I am certain that it would be less expensive and less of a hassle to use a water based product, but I am also certain that the finished product would be not the same high quality. I cannot imagine receiving more value per dollar spent than I did with this project. I love my "new" cabinets. They have refreshed the look of my entire home.

I contacted David about cleaning and repairing our shower tile. It took him several weeks to…read morerespond with a quote for the work to be performed. Once we agreed, they scheduled the work to start at 8 or 9 AM. However, I was finally called at 9:42 AM on the scheduled day and was told their guy was on his way, he had to stop at their trailer and pick up some tools. Well, after waiting until 11 AM, no one showed up! Finally, after speaking with Tony, who came to our house to look at the proposed job, their guy (Zach) showed up. Zach did remove some of the bad grout, and tried to clean other areas, but per the quote, he was supposed to "repair damaged grout throughout the shower & shower floor" and "clean shower and shower floor". Turns out he selectively removed, cleaned, and repaired some of the grout, not all of it. The job was finished around 6 PM, but we still had grout areas that needed to be repaired, or replaced, and tile to be cleaned. The tile floor outside our shower was left dirty from Zach's work which we cleaned. I also cleaned up the haze from the grout work the next morning. All in all, we did not get the level of service explained, nor performed by Bombly's team. Extremely disappointed with this job, and cannot recommend Bombly's renovations and Tile.

We knew we had chosen the right place for the job when we found Stick and Stone. Trent, the Supervisor, was very knowledgeable about practically everything having to do with home remodeling. The sub- contractors hired to do the job were excellent as well as the other team who came in to replace and paint the baseboards.
