I brought this to the attention of one of the owners, Matt. He refused to change the estimate they provided. They attempted to charge for 1109 sf when the space only measures (by their measurements) 1003 sf. The explanation was that the customer is paying for the excess tile required to install the floor tile. (Waste due to cuts). I explained that he can not charge me an install price of the total amount of tile purchase, he can only charge me for the tile ACTUALLY installed. They are overcharging EVERY customer by the 10% overage that they purchase. It's a SCAM. They apparently do it with carpet as well. People only pay for what's installed not for what's purchased! SCAMMING THE ELDERLY.

Work was divided into two parts, tile removal to accommodate new kitchen cabinets (one day) then carpet/old flooring/baseboard removal, leveling, install Tarkett ProGen in the entire house and all the finish work that really makes things look great. Thomas did an excellent job with the estimate and detailed scope of work (SOW). Two days after install it rained and our lanai leaked. Water all over the new floor. Not one bit of damage! Just a $1500.00 repair bill for the roof, ouch. We are very happy with our choice of East Coast and the floor product. Note: I do not believe that ProGen is a DIY type product due to it's rigid warranty requirements.

She needs about 1000 sq foot of flooring. Not a single tile she liked did they have 1000 sq feet of. They kept trying to push these vinyl floors they have- and their selling point .... Get this "waterproof" really ? And tile isn't? Not to mention the vinyl was double the cost of ceramic or porcelain tiles per sq foot. If you are looking for anything over 800 sq feet I do not recommend going here. Pushy sales man trying to push something my mother said no to.
