When asked how much it would costs to repair, Charlie stated $250.00. First of all, I would have thought that Renu would have covered the repair since it was their equipment that caused the damage. It's easy to blame it on the contractor who installed it year's earlier, right! I told them that was too much, so Mannie said how about $200 when I did not reply he then said how about $175. Mannie then said that he would come by the next morning at 9am and do the repairs, however, he did not show up at the appointed time...unprofessional and inconsiderate of my time.

They worked hard to ensure every stain was removed, the carpets look fantastic and the recliner looked like new. They cleaned up the floors all around the rugs, put everything back in order before they left. They did an outstanding job and I will be using them in the future. It could have been risky for Marcos Antunes to call himself an artist, unless, as is the case, he actually is! He takes pride in his work and demonstrates that every step of the way. Often times in review you only hear what went wrong. In this case, I wish to tell you what went right. Marcos shows up when he says he will. He even comes to finish the job after payment to attend to the couple of items on my punch list. Do not be fooled by other cabinet refacers. It is extremely important that the cabinets are painted with an oil based paint. This is what Marcos uses. I am certain that it would be less expensive and less of a hassle to use a water based product, but I am also certain that the finished product would be not the same high quality. I cannot imagine receiving more value per dollar spent than I did with this project. I love my "new" cabinets. They have refreshed the look of my entire home.
