The girls at the front gave a dirty look up and down and didn't say hello never asked what we could need help with. We ended up finding a $60 dollar pair of sunglasses and left. After returning home (we are 0.3 miles away) we found out the glasses screw was coming out so after about 30 mins we went back to exchange them and were told they could not. It's disappointing how bad the customer service is here. If you don't look like them / worth their time they will not cater to you apparently. Will not be coming back

We have rented boats for the day and rented boat slips for the week for our 1955, 14-foot, wooden, Trojan Boat. They are always helpful with advice and share their knowledge of the water ways. Two weeks ago our 1966 Evinrude Outboard had some prop problems and Keith Larsen took the time to help me and he removed the prop off of our boat--at N/C. He sent me to a guy about 10 minutes away who could fix it for a nominal amount. It is always a pleasure going there to use our boat. Cape May had this surfer heaven shop right in the heart of downtown amidst the other tourist traps. It was surprisingly stocked with decent surfing brands such as Roxy and Quicksilver .They even had a few noteworthy boards and Sun Bum sun screen. Although I won't be surfing when it is 44 degree out might take a ride when it warms up in the summer if return to Cape May. Parking is a bit of challenge around the shop . Definitely worth a stop in if walking downtown Cape May.

Upon seeing the boat the workers at two chums; Mike, Santino and Alex volunteered to clean the boat for us due the dirty condition this boat was delivered to us was in. This was not even their boat but because they saw the terrible condition in which it was in they wanted to do it for us. They proceeded to scrub the entire inside of the boat, including the floor. The chairs, gave us instructions on what to do with the boat... again, this was a competitor, not theirs. We will make sure to rent from them going forward. They were very professional very kind and selfless in doing this for us today not to mention their pontoon boats are 1000 times nicer than their competitors.
