Tried the breakfast omelet (caramelized onion, sautéed mushrooms, cheddar cheese and breakfast sausage topped with tomato jam) served with a side of hash browns, and I'd have to say it was pretty pedestrian. Basically, typical food quality and pokey-slow food service that you'd expect at an airport (though our server was pleasant and attentive). read more

My boyfriend and I stopped in for dinner and were lucky to snag one of their last tables before they closed up. We didn't realize we were being "those" people who show up last minute and wouldn't have gone in if we had known, us both being in the service industry; however, being served by Tasha was still such a pleasant and warm experience for us during our layover. She kicks ass at making people feel welcome and gave us killer service while providing honest and helpful recommendations about the menu. Also Tasha's Minnesota accent was freaking TOO cute!! We had the chili lime wings to start which were crispy and awesome, I had the patty melt (my first ever!) with a side salad and my boyfriend had the bacon & bleu cheese burger. Both sandos were great!! Most definitely will be stopping in again if I have a layover here. 10/10 read more

Best airport restaurant I have ever been. My server was best, attentive, friendly, knowledgeable and if my memory serves well, his name was Chris. The beer collection is awesome in any airport place I have been. Sulry- Furious IPA was just fantastic with marinated olives. I had grilled salmon with beans and potatoes. Everything taste so well. One thing could have better was if Salmon has some garnish or sauce to give it a specific flavor. It tasted great in plane grilled flavor too. A must return! read more

Don't step into the airport and wonder where to eat and have a beverage. Just go to Stone Arch for scratch made everything (down to the burger bun) and a great selection of local brews. A solid spot to get a drink or some food while waiting for a flight. Iv travelled a lot for work and this is one of the best spot you will find at an airport. The real highlight here is their beer menu. Very diverse and very local. Highly recommend . read more

Don't order salad here. Spring mix was on its way out and I picked a lot of brown and slimy greens out. The garbazo beans, red onions, pepper were SCANT. Red onion chopped tiny and very little. Chicken was on thaw state. Hit a pieces of tendon in one of the 4 pieces. Ick. Cukes, tomatoes and pepper were starting to turn translucent....you know when they're bad?Waiter never checked back after i got my salad. Still hungry and this was my one chance to sit down and eat on a long travel day. Guy next to me had a kimchi burger and couldn't eat it. read more

This was a great spot for me to set up my laptop and get some work done while eating. I kept it simple - burger with fried onions, French fries and a coke. Service was very good and my spot was comfortable with plenty room even though they were pretty busy. The burger was in the small size, but excellent flavor and moist. The fries were also very good - fresh and well done. I inhaled the burger and fries quickly and was still a little hungry so I added a bowl of the chicken and wild rice soup. It was thick, delicious and filling. Served with small Italian bread slices. Overall a good airport stop and quick bite. read more

What are the keys for success at an airport restaurant? 1. Fast efficient service - THIS PLACE? Fail -more than 10 min before we saw a server (at lunch), 10 minutes to get the check 2. Decent quality food- pass- our steak sandwich with fries was good, not great, but what you'd expect at an airport 3. Speed of getting your food once you order-pass, reasonably quick turn from the kitchen although drink refills by server were slow. Overall, mediocre food and slow service. Will try something else next trip. read more

The drinks are fine. I enjoyed a Bulliet Whiskey and a beer flight with ONLY local brews, but... I also ordered a Salmon but it never came. The bartender made it up to me with some soup. So I enjoyed local brews from Urban Growler, Sociable, Insight and Surly. Quite good. Standard beers for someone from San Diego (microbrew capitol). Soup is tasty, but would rather have had keto safe salmon. read more

Airport restaurant. And they have real human servers and not a touch pads. There is something to be said of what is called good service. If you order from a touch pad do you have to tip. That's the same with the curbside checkin your luggage. Do you tip the skycap to check your bag even though you paid a $25 luggage fee. Luckily Stone Arch has real people. Now you can ask important things like, " do you have any clamoto juice?" Or, " What is the Indeed brewmasters name?" Well, I learned a lot from the people at stone arch, like they only serve craft beer from Minnesota. And what makes a good fatata. The server is so cool he explains any delays and the ladies next to me said they have plenty of time but asked if the drinks were coming right away? You know the are! One of the ladies asked about the menu and the server provide many options and a suggestion. She said she loves suggestions. Well, I had the fatata. It was great. I had a flight of craft beer. That was great too. Surly Todd the Axe Man Indeed Midnight Ryder Black IPA Beau Brothers Ring Neck Brown 56 Dark Territory stout. Awesome service for an airport restaurant! Good food! I have to throw out a big fat five stars for this joint! Service was very good even though they were busy! Beer selection and food quality are off-the-charts! This Airport Restaurant is putting out fresh food with fresh ingredients and preparing it all in-house. From hand-pattied Burgers, to house-made ketchup! We started off with jalapeno and cheddar seasoned pork rinds, followed it up with the the mushroom Swiss burger and fries, and my wife had the Juicy Lucy Burger! Pork rinds we're very good, but the Burgers and Fries is where they win at. I can't attest to all of the different beers because I only had one and it was good, but not the best I've ever had. It was a local brew from the region. However, I asked for my burger to be cooked between medium rare and medium and we all know how that usually goes. This was actually prepared perfectly! The center was a nice red, full of flavor and plenty of juice. It was served on a house-made brioche bun and it is served lightly grilled. The french fries are hand-cut and perfectly seasoned. They're still crispy on the outside but nice and soft on the inside. Put that in a house-made ketchup that is smokey and you have a winner! I hate to say it Saint Louis, but I have not had a burger that comes close to comparison with this anywhere in our area. And they are putting this out in the airport! So my challenge us STL is simple... I'm looking for a burger that can compete with this so that I don't have to fly to Minneapolis St Paul Airport for a good burger and fries. I have had lots of burgers in the area and I have had lots of really good burgers in the area, but I have yet to find one to rival this place. Let's get to work read more

As a Diabetic that has to travel for a living I really try to eat well on the road and not hit fast food joints in the airport, so I checked out Stone Arch and had the Meatloaf. Let me start by saying my server was super sweet and I did come in at the very end of the day, so the fact that my Meatloaf was dry could have been that or just how it is served. It tasted good but there wasn't much of it. It came with mashed potatoes and gravy, which were good and green beans that were fresh; however, you could tell they were fresh, because someone was lazy and didn't clean the stems, which you can see in the pic! The other bar items being brought out looked good and I may try the big pretzel or cheese curds next time I'm through here. Meh. read more

We started with the Jalepeno cheddar pork rinds were good and well seansoned, I would get them again and order cheese sauce on the side, that would make them awesome! For my main I ordered the Juicy Lucy with fries. I ordered the burger medium and it arrived medium well. It had a hint of pink but not what it should have been. The Juicy Lucy is supposed to come stuffed with cheese, however, mine had a gap in the center where the cheese should have been but was completely empty, I guess it cooked away? I found this disappointing but the burger itself was very juicy and we'll seasoned. I added some Sriracha mayo to add a little kick. The fries were hand-cut with an amazing seasoning; crispy, soft and yummy. They were completely rockstar. Next time I'm in this airport I will definitely come back again. read more

Stone Arch - Delicious! - American Near Me - St Paul, Minnesota

I stopped by here this a couple of Friday evenings ago with my father while on a layover at MSP. It was dinner time and if you have ever been through MSP before, you know that the restaurant crowds can swell. So we considered ourselves lucky whenever we saw an open table at Stone Arch. You see Stone Arch is a seat yourself place and so we saw a lot of people jockeying for seats. The seat that we ended up choosing wasn't terribly ideal as it was half in the restaurant and half in the terminal, not that I am complaining though as a seat is a seat. For dinner on this evening I decided to start out by having a flight of beer. The Stone Arch has an absolutely massive local beer list which I really enjoyed and is basically why I got the flight. All of the beers that I chose here were MN IPAs with one of my original selections having been kicked. I enjoyed them all which shouldn't be surprising if you know me as I love IPA's. While I was drinking my beer I decided on the Rachel for my dinner entree and my dad went with the meatloaf. The menu described it as Roasted turkey with Swiss cheese, cranberry Cole slaw and thousand island on grilled rye. Whenever it made it to the table, it didn't look terribly appetizing. Although the fries looked freshly cut, they had a limp appearance and seemed to be more the centerpiece of the dish than the sandwich. My observation proved to be true as the fries were soggy, limp and not very crispy. As for the Rachel, it was alright. The bread and turkey were satisfactory and while I wouldn't call it bad, I don't know that I would order it again. The bottom line for me is that I might stop back here again in the future. While the food wasn't much to write home about, I did really enjoy their craft beer list. read more

MONA!! The best. Great humor, relatable, fun hair tinsel. Gosh if I could I would give her a 6 star review. Stay cool, Mona!

This is an awesome destination for a major airport. The place is huge and it's amazing how they serve so many travellers who are mostly on a time limit for a connection flight. A huge beer selection, both on tap and in cans. There's definitely something for everyone. I really enjoyed the blood orange IPA as well as the fried cheese curds. Coming from WI, I was hesitant to order cheese curds in MN, but the menu said they were from Ellsworth, which I believe is in WI, so I felt safe. Really tasty and the ketchup was nicely seasoned too. You'll pay more for beer here, but it is an airport restaurant after all. read more

Never would I have anticipated that my favorite beer in the world can be found only past security in the MSP airport. If you like pistachio, the pistachio cream ale is SO good. The subtle pistachio notes are strong without being overwhelming. They also have an incredibly wide selection of beers for everyone, from sours to pales to nitros. The food menu serves standard American pub fare. My $15 cheeseburger was greasy and nothing to write home about, but this is the airport, folks. It likely would blow similarly-priced terminal competitors out of the water. Ambiance feels Midwestern, a great and friendly place to sit alone. read more

Very good food for a restaurant in an airport! Our waitress was juggling several tables including bussing but did a great job. Friendly and efficient! We both had the tomato soup which was hot and tasty!! They came with these great crackers for dipping. I had the Cobb salad and my husband had the house salad. Fresh, cold and very good. Their house made ranch was great. Pricey but typical for good airport good. Quite a surprise to have such a good place on our 5 hour layover! read more

My husband and I grabbed a bite to eat here in between flights. We also each had one of their specialty drinks. For our meal we split a mushroom burger, fries, and fried pickles. It was all very tasty and was plenty for the both of us. For our drinks I had the Viking Mojito and he had the Purple Pride. I had the bartender swap out the soda in my drink for pineapple juice instead.....I can't have carbonated beverages.....it was really good. My husband enjoyed his drink too. I detest paying big bucks for food and drinks in airports but I feel that everything was so good here it was almost worth it! Service was fast and with a smile. We will most likely seek out this establishment if we ever find ourselves in the same situation again. read more

The only reason this place is getting 2 stars is because our server was friendly, they had usb and power outlets at the table to charge electronics. Other than that, this place was below average. Being that this restaurant is located in an airport I wasn't expecting much, I just wanted something good and fast before my flight. But in my opinion, you're better off trying some place else. The prices were on the high end, but I was expecting it. However, I was hoping the food would be somewhat good and match the prices. Wrong, the juicy Lucy burger was rather small (a little bigger than a fast food cheeseburger-nothing like hell's kitchen), the fries were old and stale, the turkey on the open face sandwich was dry and the green beans were a bit undercooked. The local beer on tap was good, the beer wasn't as cold as I'd like it, but it was okay. All in all, the food took awhile, for it not being busy. The place looked somewhat clean, the service was good, the prices were on the high side, and the quality of food was below average. Nothing special here. read more

Stopped in for some Minnesota a lunch at MSP airport before heading out and was not disappointed. It has great service and comfortable seating for group or single travelers. There are a lot of Minnesota favorites like walleye and the juicy Lucy as well as other Minnesota favorites. They also offer a full bar with lots of Minnesota home brews. I had the Cobb salad but sadly ate it before making the review. I decided on the cob salad because it was easily customizable for my diet, but I'm sure all dishes were. Bartenders are great and knowledgeable, great assortment of beers draft and bottle/cans. Ordered the beer cheese fondue to tide us over before the flight. The fondue has the consistency of broccoli cheese soup minus the vegetables. The pretzel bites were airy, the baguettes were too chewy, the carrots and broccoli were plenty and fresh.
