Loved the coaching, however the place is dirty and unorganized. Overall, great place for kids.

They came home last night and immediately grabbed their gear and started playing baseball.

Had a minor issue once that a staff member was able to resolve very quickly. Great clean location and I would recommend any folks in the Kent area looking to get some extra banging practice.

Very disappointing experience at the mini golf due to poor customer service. While my family member…read moredid break a rule, the issue was HOW it was handled. The younger female employee with brown hair was sarcastic and rude instead of calmly and respectfully explaining the rule. The business is extremely rigid with its rules, yet the rules are not clearly posted or explained. There should be clear signage, and customers should be given the benefit of the doubt in a family-friendly setting. The owner has stated on previous reviews that there is "no polite way" to confront someone breaking the rules, which I strongly disagree with. In a family-friendly business, staff should be trained to address issues clearly, respectfully, and without sarcasm or hostility. Unless you want people to start boycotting your business. Even after paying, the attitude continued from their female staff member who was working in the Pro Shop and then we were not allowed to speak with the owner. Mini golf should be fun and welcoming, but this experience was not.

My son had his 9th birthday party at Rough House Sports. I planned the whole thing online and…read morethrough email (very convenient) with Gunnar. The night of the party my family and I showed up early to bring the cake, party favors etc and Gunnar & Nancy's and team helped us bring everything in and lay the favors, cake etc on the tables. Everything else was already set up as they provide tablecloths, cups, plates, drinks, pizza etc. When the guests showed up they immediately led the kids in a game of neon dodgeball. We had the place to ourselves so the kids were free to move between the three different activity areas. Everyone had tons of fun and we didn't have to lift a finger. The pizza was served buffet style, Nancy's team served unlimited soft drinks and they even cut and served the cake after we sang Happy Birthday. Thanks for a great party!

Cool concept but not good for kids under 10. My kids was…read morereally excited and kept searching for pic and video of this place for days, but too bad they did not enjoy the experience much. The staff were not so friendly like other kid's place. No one smile. They look busy and annoyed. You need to email to reserve the spot. The place run only from 6-8pm on Saturday Arrived 10-15 minutes early is recommended. It can get super busy. They don't have much space or hall for checking-in, people jam at the entrance with no line or instruction. I was standing there for a long time and people keep cutting in front of me. After check in, there was no instruction at all. I was told to go to dodgeball court and other group was told to go to Nerf combat Zone. My kids did not want to do dodgeball, so we just sit around and wait for a long time. (I did not know about another play zone that kids can go and play during waiting) This place is better for older kids. They basically have to play on their own. It is not a play place like Great Play in Redmond where the staff guild the kids. There are 3 main games in the place. 1. Dodge ball- The older kids and adults seem really enjoyed it, but it can get too rough for younger kids. Adults and teen threw the ball to each other hardly, the girls or younger kids would not enjoy being in there. 2. Nerf gun shooting game. Each kids get one plastic gun and eye grasses. I went to Virtual sport in Tukwila before and Rough house court was a bit too crowded compared to the one in Tukwila. There were about 20 kids in the shooting zone today. The kids could not run around much while playing. 3. Play zone (robe, climbing rock wall, basketball hoop). My kids like this zone the most. It is not too crowded and suit with their age (6 and 8 years old) I really like their concept but they need to get more organized. If you have 10 years old or older boys, they will have a blast there. I do not recommend younger kids to go there. The experience would be different If they have a person with a microphone for communicating and guiding kids and parents. Then they can greet people at arrival, tell them how to check-in, where to go after check in, announce when the round is over and say thank you to the customers.
