He was absolutely wonderful -- fast, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable. Logan immediately found the problem and explained exactly why it happened. He told us the supply hose that failed was an old style from the 1980s that is now outlawed because it's known for bursting. He replaced it with a safe, modern line and showed us what to watch for to prevent future issues. His calm, clear explanations were such a relief in the middle of a late‑night emergency. I honestly don't think I could have slept tonight with that water leaking, and Logan truly saved the day. Excellent service, fair, and professional. We are so grateful and highly recommend Option One Plumbing -- especially Logan! Vincent and Danny from Option One Plumbing were outstanding. They arrived quickly, assessed the situation with confidence, and worked together seamlessly to resolve a stressful plumbing issue in my home. They explained everything clearly, treated my home with respect, and carried themselves with professionalism and kindness from start to finish. Their calm, steady manner made a difficult situation so much easier. I am truly grateful for their excellent service and highly recommend them.

This project was particularly stressful since I was having to arrange everything from several thousand miles away, but they took away all of the stress related to the water and sewer lines. They were an absolute pleasure to work with. From start to finish, Alisa communicated exceptionally well, responding quickly to my phone calls and emails and keeping me informed about each step of the process. Brandon was great as well. He went the extra mile, took initiative and requested that the sewer utility allow us to tie into an existing lateral line near the street. I had no idea that this was even a possibility, but this extra effort on his part saved me around $10k. Dominick and his crew worked quickly and efficiently to get this project finished in spite of the hot weather. The job went smoothly, quickly, and they left our property neat and clean. All three of them were friendly, helpful, and professional throughout the entire process. On top of all this, Ethical Plumbing was less expensive than the other quote that I received for this project. I can't thank them enough, and I would highly recommend them for any plumbing needs in the Greenville area.

Mike Varner is the BEST of the best! We had a small outdated upstairs bathroom with an old cast…read moreiron tub in a very awkward small space with a slanted (from the dormer roof) ceiling. It was a huge job to break the old tub into pieces. The house is from the 1920s with plaster walls. Mike was SO cautious and used the smaller sledge hammer so as to not disturb the surrounding walls. The small awkward space required lots of special cutting/fitting and problem solving skills, which Mike has in great abundance. I've been around a lot of contractors, plumbers, carpenters, and Mike ranks at the very top. I'm not sure many people could have figured out a way around all the issues of our awkward small bathroom. Mike was brilliant! Our new bathroom looks like it was always there, seamlessly integrated into the space. He has the higest level of integrity and the absolute highest standards, which translates into the best work you could possibly get. And he's a really nice guy who listens and is very attentive to what the client wants and needs. We recommend Mike Varner HIGHLY! HE'S THE BEST!

(We have 4 boys and this was on their warming label when received so no surprise) Greenville water stopped by to shut off our water from extreme use asking if we knew we had a leak. No, we did not. He went above his job and tried to located the hidden but massive leak to no avail. He did shut off the water to the house to stop the mystery leak. We called several plumbers and made appointments for the following day which for a house of 6 seemed like a ridiculously long time without water. (The toilets... that's all I say). Enter Mr. Rooter who said they could have someone there in 30 minutes. The technician was quick and gave us our options within 15 minutes of arriving. There was no obvious leak but the crawl space under the house was dry. We had 2 options; get a leak detector out and locate the leak then he'll fix it OR he could dig up the line starting from the meter and work his way up. We went with option 2. They got the leak detector guy out shortly there after and unfortunately it took him a little longer to find the leak which was 3 feet below the meter so it wouldn't be repaired until the following morning. Tuesday the original technician showed up bright and early and repaired the leak quickly. $1000 later our mystery leak, that could have been much worse than it was, was fixed. HIGHLY recommend these guys as they were very friendly, extremely fast, and very helpful.
