And then when they finished, I took these photos to show the ownership the straps weren't even connected, and most of them were broken at that. To no surprise, one of the tents collapsed the day before our event during storms. They did not have parts or a replacement tent. Still charged is for both tents, and blamed us for the storm bringing the one down. Will go out of my way to keep people from dealing with these people. No way these reviews are real. As expected, I'm sure some actors are better than others and it's the luck of the draw depending on availability but.. they called me 10 min before they were supposed to begin their performance and said that one of two performers were "stuck in traffic and going to be 10min late"... 1. That was probably false because I heard later she was stuck at another party. 2. I asked if they would be able to shorten their 30min performance to 20 if the venue would not allow us to stay later than our agreed timeframe.. and her response was "well we can just refund you"... What?! I had 12 toddlers waiting excitedly to see princesses. What kind of professional problem solving is that? I convinced the venue to give us a little extra time, even if I had to pay extra. Then the one princess that was in the parking lot finally decided to come in on her own. The "grand entrance " wasn't grand at all. A flop. The second princess finally showed up a little later.. they both looked disheveled.. the performance was so scripted and they were bad at being flexible with the little ones and answering their questions off script. The kids didn't notice but the performance was a 5/10 at best. The singing was fine but they sat on the floor which I thought was weird. They did not crown the birthday girl. They did the bit with giving her a wand. She would have loved the crown instead but they didn't ask me. One of my guests later told me that she had a similar experience when hiring them in the past and them showing up late. I was at her party and I remember the performance being better than this one but somewhat rushed. On top of all of that, the communication before is terrible. You email like they ask you to and no one responds. To speak to someone you have to schedule a call on the website. Would never hire them again. Skip them and save yourself the stress!

Ample parking, spacious challenge rooms and lockers provided to store your belongings to keep you hands free. Restroom needed attention. I will definitely be back !

Now most people may not panic when they have to design an item with glass pieces, I'm not most people. Their website was not super helpful in describing glass fusion, the process, or what they offer. This is not a cheap project and I really didn't want to jack it up. A lot of the examples were not quite my style, so I really took a long time to get started. My friend jumped right in and made a beautiful piece! Once I got rolling, it was really fun. There was no pressure. I'd totally go back, better prepared. Maybe paint something, too. Sooooo, now we wait a week to pick up our pieces after they are fired. I'm excited to see them!

I have been coming here since I was a child but now that I am a teenager, I absolutely love coming here and have brought so many friends that also have come to love it. Ive never had anything but positive interactions with any employees and the owner is the sweetest lady. I once picked up my piece and it looked a little lumpy and the paint had some specks on it, I called and they asked me to bring it back and then refired it with no fuss at all. After that it was perfect. They were very accommodating and I would suggest this place to anyone.
