The Service Was Very Professional With The Tinting Of My Car. People Complement Me About My Car…read more The Service And Quality Of The Work Is Five Stars. I' m Very Happy With Their Service.

I truly never like leaving negative reviews, and I normally avoid writing reviews altogether unless…read moreI've had either an exceptional experience or a genuinely concerning one. Unfortunately, after dealing with this situation for well over a year now, I honestly feel the need to share my personal experience with this shop. I trusted this shop with my basically brand new 2024 Tesla Model 3 Performance because of their reputation, reviews, and confidence in their work and warranty. From the beginning, the rear windshield tint had major visible defects throughout the film. I was advised to give it time to cure because the bubbles and imperfections were supposedly part of the normal process and would clear up once everything settled. Unfortunately, they never did. Over a year later, the rear windshield still has significant visible defects, and I will be attaching photos for reference. The issues are honestly even more noticeable in person than they appear in photos. I also want to mention that I'm normally not an overly picky customer when it comes to tint. Minor imperfections can happen, especially during curing, and I genuinely tried to be patient and understanding throughout this process. However, the rear windshield defects are noticeable enough that even family members continue to point them out and ask when I'm planning to have it corrected. The biggest issue throughout this experience has honestly been the communication and warranty support. I originally reached back out in December trying to get the rear windshield corrected under warranty. After missing one appointment myself -- which I apologized for and attempted to reschedule -- I was then effectively ignored for almost 5 months until near the end of April. Even now, communication is still extremely inconsistent. Replies often take multiple business days just to receive a single response, and unless I repeatedly follow up myself, I usually do not hear back at all. I also requested a copy of my original invoice because I never received one after the install. Instead of simply helping resolve it, I was told I "should have automatically received it," despite me never receiving one. I completely understand that removing and reinstalling tint on newer Tesla Highland rear glass carries some level of risk. However, after extensive research, speaking with Tesla directly, and speaking with multiple reputable Tesla-focused tint shops, it is very clear that professional shops successfully remove and reinstall these rear windows commonly when handled properly and carefully. What concerns me is feeling like I'm constantly being pushed toward accepting liability for correcting defective work from the original installation. Respectfully, I am not comfortable accepting liability for issues that would not exist if the tint had been installed properly the first time. There were also professionalism issues during the original install, including fingerprints/marks inside the rear interior, plastic tint wrap left inside the vehicle, and dog hair throughout the car afterward despite the car being spotless beforehand. To be fair, Moe did apologize for the communication issues over the phone, and I genuinely hoped this situation would be resolved professionally under the advertised warranty. However, after more than a year dealing with this issue, I honestly cannot say this has been a smooth or professional overall experience. If the situation is ultimately resolved professionally, I will absolutely update this review. I truly would prefer to leave positive feedback when a local small business properly stands behind its work and warranty.

I paid $625 for ceramic tint on my brand-new Ford Explorer. The first time I went to pick it up,…read morethere was a hair (or something similar) stuck in the driver's side tint. The lady took it back to be redone, but when I got the car home, I noticed problems on multiple windows. Update 2 - I went back for a second redo, this time on the front driver/passenger windows, rear trunk glass, and rear quarter windows. When I picked it up, I saw that the defrost lines on my rear glass had been scraped off. I was told it was "just bubbles" and they would go away, but if you search "broken defrost lines from window tint," you'll see exactly what mine looked like. I pointed this out immediately, but the staff brushed it off and told me to call them in a week if it was still an issue. It was very obvious, and I asked them to take pictures, but the lady didn't seem to care. They told me they had "gone over it thoroughly" this time, but clearly not thoroughly enough if no one noticed the missing defrost lines. After going back and forth, I ended up scheduling a replacement rear glass and re-tint. Update 3 - On my third visit, they replaced the trunk glass. I brought it home, only to find the trim on my right rear door was now cut up. Completely unacceptable, especially on a brand-new vehicle. At this point, after three visits and being told that multiple people including the managers "went over it with a fine-tooth comb," the workmanship is still sloppy. This is not the quality of work you'd expect for $625. If you're reading this, save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else for tinting. There's no excuse for this kind of job on a new car.

Had a very bad experience with one of the managers here Jason Prott that cost me thousands of…read moredollars. Jason agreed to sell me an item that was owned by VIP Auto Accesories. I made special arrangements to have a shipper pick it up. The night before, Jason cancelled. Not only was he extremely rude and condesending about backing out of the deal, he called me names and said it wasnt his problem and kept hanging up on me and dodging my calls. I tried to get the contact info of the person who it was sold to so that I could pay more and try to get it back, Jason refused. Then I called VIP, talked to a different manager, who promised to call me back and never did. I purchased this item new, then VIP bought it, and I wanted it back and they laughed at me and instead sold something sentimental to me to sombody else. I really dont appreciate it and I would do business elsewhere! Unethical business practices!
