My car was DAMAGED on the left side (only) part of the appliance around the light was off, the left front tire MOULDING was off the wheel and the left FOG light was COMPLETELY out and there was EXTENSIVE damage in the left fog light where wires were pulled out ( per my insurance company). You could hardly see the damage but it was there! To reiterate the left fog light was COMPLETELY OUT! I HAD $2,000 worth of damage! I contacted the CEO, and the Better Business Bureau. The CEO said they COULD NOT PULL UP the video after 30 days to see what happened to my car! The manager on duty knew nothing about the damage. I am extremely glad I took another chance with Dobbs, and went to this particular location. Every time I have been at this location, everyone has been courteous, knowledgeable and very helpful. I just had service there today to have a tire repaired that had a nail in it. Since I bought my tires there, it was under warranty and there was no charge, which was fantastic. I had already put the spare on my vehicle, so I left the tire with them, they repaired it, and then put the tire back on my car. Based on how service has declined almost everywhere these days, I expected the spare tire to just be thrown in the back. To my surprise, the spare tire, and the jack that had to be secured back in place with a screw, was put back exactly where it belonged. It's pretty sad that I was expecting that I would have to do that myself, but they did that for me. That may sound like a silly thing to be happy about, but it truly was appreciated and moved them up a notch further with my respect. It's been a long, rough 7 months trying to get my dad back in his house after it was severely damaged by a tornado in March. That small gesture, meant more to me than they know. After dropping it off, I received a text with the estimate and okayed it right then and there. I needed a new hose/ ac system. I loved this easy way of communication. It was expensive, but after comparing prices with other spots and doing my research, it was a bit less than what others have been charged for the same. It was ready the next day, and it was so nice to have a fully working ac in the heat again. I've had no issues since.
