First off I want to say, nothing I'm about to say applies to Jason, he's been a standup guy every time I've dealt with him. However I just called regarding my x5 diesel and an issue I was having with repairs completed. An exhaust leak at the EGR cooler flange after they reinstalled it due to a thread repair. I called and was polite about the issue because I'm not even driving the car right now, I just noticed it when I was moving it around the driveway. I was met by someone on the other side of the phone who was not Jason and was surly, rude and overall quite dismissive. Saying something to the effect of; "call Bradley fuel and repair" and then I said okay, and was about to ask if I should ask for someone specifically and he cut me off and said "just go on your maps to find the number". I repeat don't go to this motor shop they will take your vehicle and destroy it. They make up prices & take your hard earned money. The owner hires knock off mechanics without the right credentials. Such a cheap ass hole. One more thing they will drive your car likes it their's meaning speeding, turning corners while tires screeching. Avoid he told me he doesn't have a deep enough diagnostic machine to look at my car after 20k plus in work and labor , they claim they updated they system so no warranty they promised stuck and it's just a bad shop change the name couldn't fix my car but stole from me , will be to pick a car they can't even tell me if I can drive it home or if I should tow it based on what they see , all they told me after a year of calling was it's cars in front of me even tho I paid 1200 dollars for the fake diagnostic they gave for my overheat I got it out and 2 hours later had to return it....however they sat it for over a year lied each time ali called about it then stated to me that they don't wanna work on it and can't and they decided as a while to not do it it's not making since but my lawyer wants me to stop being nice and file a petition but I just wanted a running car come on now overheating how u can't fix that and your the cause of it overheating the way it's going if anything he told me it could be the fan on time then another time tols me it's my spark plugs then he told me my engine was going out not remembering that I got a new engine from them for 7k that should still be under Mike coverage cause I never got to drive my bmw even after 20k plus being spent in parts and labor..... I recently had a major problem in my new locale and realized how lucky I was to know about this shop when I lived in St. Louis and it truly put me at a disadvantage not knowing a shop of this quality near my new locale. Thomas B. and Jon E. are very knowledgeable, helpful, and trustworthy. Jon meticulously worked on my car a few times and probably does one of the best alignments in St. Louis. Quality work for a very fair price. I have an '04 330 ci. Because of the age and mileage (100K +) things are starting wear out. Over the last 3 years they have repaired a headlight, which was far less expensive than replacing it; found a hardtop for my vehicle ; sent my Nav out to be refurbished (ithe screen had etched and was difficult to read in places). They have changed the oil and performed other general maintenance as needed. They even found snow tires and change them out seasonally for me. Absolutely terrible. They worked on my car a few months ago and I had a ton of trouble with it they did a zf transmission in my e36 coupe well ive been finding things missing and loose ever since. They also did not replace the throw out bearing like they claimed to. It has trouble going into reverse even though its a "good transmission" and to top it all off I was under the car today and found out that 3 of the bell housing bolts are missing along with the snap ring on my shifter I would say you best bring your car somewhere else these guys are a rip of and they treated my car like junk left had prints all over it left tape on my door that took forever to get off I can't even believe this place is still open. Every person I talk to with e36's that has brought a car to them has said they would never bring it back. I see they get good reviews but I noticed a lot of the people that gave good reviews hang around that shop often and I saw them there every time I was at the shop. Never bring your car here unless you want it more broke then when it went in. read more

If you are a female you want to stay away from this repair shop. My daughter drop her car off to get the transmission replaced. They contacted her yesterday and told her they had to put an additional part on the car and it would be an additional $200. When I called to question who authorized the addition fee Joe said Tom the owner said the do it and just call my daughter to tell her. When I spoke with the owner Tom Bradley he told me my daughter approved it. I asked when, he then said Joe called her for the approval. I expressed my concern with the difference in their stories and being charged for something I did not approve. He then basically said because I am a woman I don't understand repairs and if I wanted he could take the part off and I could come and get my car towed from his place. He then continued and said I have 2 choices pay him or he could take everything off and get my car towed. The problem I have with that is my car was drivable when it was dropped off to his shop. read more
