I notice the small details and they went above and beyond with great service. It's also pretty cool to watch the team service your vehicle. Editing my review to reflect my full experience. Was very happy that Andy Wurm reached out to me…read moreand offered assistance with this matter. This probably would not have been an issue for someone who drives enough to replace tires every 5 years. Great to see the company stand behind their product and service. Bought a set of new tires from Andy Wurm in November 2015. I don't put a ton of miles on my vehicle. Tons of tread left on them. But I noticed that one of the tires developed a slow leak, so I took it to my local service station (I moved to Florida after buying the tires). Turns out 2 of the tires they sold me were made in 2011. So they were 4 years old when they sold them to me. That's roughly half the recommended life for a set of tires. So now I'm having to replace all of these tires 4 years sooner than I should have. No point in saying I'd never shop there again - as I live out of state. But really disappointed.
