Krapow chicken; not spicy at all. I think they don't know how to make spicy food at all.
Ken C.

The decor is contemporary, clean and bright. The servers are attentive and polite. The menu looks good. There are noodle soups, rice dishes, and appetizers. However, the food was lacking in spice. I ordered a chicken kaprow that had three pepper icons next to its name on the menu; however, it was not spicy at all. My son ordered fried rice. The portion size was very large and generous, but it was too buttery and too oily. Based on the commercial, I saw on my hotel television, I expected this to be more authentic, but it was not. It's Americanized Asian food, so set your expectations accordingly. I would not recommend this place due to the price and lack of flavor in the food.

Rikamaru Miso Ramen and Tonkatsu Ramen

Arrived on our first day and decided to try Stix! Wasnt a lot of people during early lunch time. More people ended up coming in later for dinner. No reservation needed at all. Ordered the Rikamaru Miso Ramen and the Tonkatsu Ramen. Both overpriced for the quality of food we received. Broth was watery, not flavorful. Noodles tasted like prepackaged noodles that were just soaked in hot water for 10 minutes. Overall, do not recommend. Service was great though and tended to us when needed. Also got our food reasonably and ordered at a reasonable wait time.

Ahi tuna thai salad

Ordered an ahi tuna thai salad to go and it was an appalling $30, but thus is the standard for food at the baha mar. As for the salad, it was pretty delicious and a good fresh, healthy option! Generous portion of ahi tuna, I was so full I couldn't even finish it. Fair warning - they don't skimp on the spice on this salad! I liked the edition of mango slivers.

This is one of the cheapest and most casual restaurants on the Baha Mar Resort property but it doesn't lack in flavor or friendliness! Our service was great, just like everywhere else on property. The prices are still more expensive than back in the States but that's expected at Baha Mar. We started with the Ahi Tuna and it was definitely on the spicy side! The presentation was fun and the portion was large. For my meal, I went with Chicken Pad Thai, and it was pretty good. Overall, convenient location in the lobby near the casino with an open atmosphere. The menu has a variety of options for all ages and the staff was very helpful recommending dishes!

What is this? Tofu? It's not shrimp, and I ordered shrimp only. I threw it away AND it was $33.75!

I was so disappointed with the service, and the meal. It wasn't what I ordered. It took 30 minutes and the staff was not friendly, just so mechanical.

The food is below average and ridiculously overpriced after the automatic service charge and VAT. The service was also unacceptably slow. We arrived at the restaurant right around the time it opened. So there were only a few other tables besides us. Somehow, it still took over 45 minutes for the food to arrive. It wasn't like we ordered things that were hard to cook. We ordered a pad Thai, miso ramen, two drunken noodles, and a couple of things from the kids menu. A competent restaurant would cook those dishes up in 10 min. Our bill ended up being $228. That's for four entrees, two kids menu items, and six bubble teas. This restaurant is going on my "Never Again" list.

I left this place very furious! The inattentiveness of the staff deserves a 0/5 stars. Food was unbelievable pricey that you'd be better off dining at a fine dining reataurant. The staff threw away my to go food without asking. PLEASE do not even consider eating at this place. LEARN from my mistake eating here. This is not a good place to start your bahamas food experience

From the few restaurants I've tried in the Baha Mar, this was bit disappointing for my taste. I'm not a fan of szechuan style of food to begin with. I ordered Drunken noodle dish but it still had the Szechuan flavor added. It wasn't the drunken noodle dish that I'm used to so it sucked for me. Kids chicken udon was just ok. Dan Dan noodle was just ok too. Ahi tuna on crispy rice was best dish out of four dishes we ordered for lunch. Service is always good anywhere you go in Baha Mar.

These weird times allow me complete access to whatever I want here, whenever I want it, no wait. In order to maximize on the spread I returned 3 mornings in a row- sad that I was alone, happy to have this place to myself. I sampled the menu like most of you would turn around to check your butt in the mirror- this is what I came up with: The potstickers were delightful, mostly because the sauce was unexpectedly delicious, sweet, not tangy, just perfect. The Dan Dan- don't do it...unless you like your noodles like you like your men: rock-hard. I prefer al dente but this is just passed that temperature at: stringy witch hair. Fried rice; load it up- all good! This timeless fav, yes!!!! I chose beef and shrimp.... 'cause why not?! The drunken noodle is not my usual order- DO IT! This flat, long, noodle is full of flavors direct from the orient. It's almost smoke- like flavor dazzles as the floppy noodles melt on the tongue. This was my favorite dish of all in this restaurant- hooray! Pad Thai? My second fav. Make sure to sprinkle the peanuts and enjoy. Just what I expected every-time- scrumptious. (If u like this, try the drunken noods) The shrimp, wonton, noodle soup: sooooo... Review after review you hear that any soup here is "bland". (It is). If you must have it- make sure to ask for a bottle of soy sauce. Only prob is that food tastes different when it's cooked in salts- you will not find that here. (I wish they would somehow make it so you could choose the salt level). This is a common problem with any soup, too salty vs. too bland. In this case- ALWAYS DELIBERATELY, UNAPOLOGETICALLY BLAND. They obvi have authentic chefs here- you just wouldn't understand sweetheart. XOXO

Overpriced DUMP! There a ton of better places in the world than this Overpriced crowded POS. $27 for Ramen and plus you get to wait an hour in line for it. This whole resort SUCKS. Please don't come here. There a lot of better places in the world than this place.

This was one of our favorite places to eat at the grand Hyatt! There pork dumplings and they're black pepper beef udon noodles or so fantastic that we had to return again while we were still in town! On both visits our servers were great! Probably some of the better servers we found here! I also tried the pad Thai but it really didn't have a lot going for it. I asked if I could have extra sauce and they brought some around right away and that really made a difference! If we could go back again, we would get the same thing and I would even love to try their spring rolls!

Causal asian dining that satisfied out hungry bellies. Our waitress Desiree made the experience even better. She knew the menu well, asked about allergies and was able to give us good suggestions based on what we told her we liked. We ordered the Singapore noodles, Drunken noodles, black pepper Udon noodles, Shrimp wonton noodles and vegetarian pot stickers. My favorite was the black pepper udon noodles, Gai Lan and the summer Gaisha. The summer Gaisha is refreshing, well balanced cocktail that complemented the meal very well. If you like lychees, I highly recommend you try it.

Veggie miso ramen

Everything about the Bahamas was spectacular and the Grand Hyatt Baha Mar was nothing short. Stix was one of the restaurants on the resort and it was a fun experience. Soon as we settled in, we went to grab a bite and there was no vegetarian ramen option on the menu but they made it happen for me. It tasted so good!! I also had the wontons which were delicious as well!
