When I walked in I saw the cutest little kids clothes and knew this was my new shopping place. Alecia was so very kind and helpful. And putting construction vehicle appliqués on one of his shirts. He's going to so love it. And a really pretty dress that my granddaughter can wear to preschool. I can't say enough about this place so you just have to check it out yourself.

Making a very long story short- I dropped a bag off and asked for a certain font and color to be put on a book bag. The order form said exactly what I wanted. The store owner called and confirmed my order. She then lost the order form and did what she thought looks good. Unfortunately that's not what I asked her to do and she has tried several times to make me feel bad because she likes the font color and size that she put on the bag and said I'm being unreasonable and shouldn't make her feel bad. If she would have completed the order as asked there wouldn't even be a problem. She said she would order a new bag and redo the order. Weeks go by and I check in each week asking if she received the bag; she finally says she has it but she's not putting anything on it. So she messed up the bag I bought and now I'll have to order another bag to replace the one she messed up because now my son hates his bag.
