If you are looking for hard goods then try somewhere else. Shoes selection small as was furniture, few lamps and prices seemed a bit high for the state of the items. Lots of clothes but nothing great. Dressing room I used had dirty floor with what looked like 100yr old gum stuck down and black, definitely didn't want to take shoes off to try pants. This was my first visit here and maybe they are having a slump with the houseware donations- just expected higher quality due to its location in Fairhope. read more

This is a goodwill. It is very similar to any other goodwill. The store was relatively clean, they were busy and had tons of people in there. I can imagine that keeping up with so many people looking at different things, is rough. Some items looked to be just stacked or set on Shelves but again it's a goodwill. Went in for something specific and found plenty of options. Staff was helpful. Will return! read more

This is the best goodwill I've ever been to. And I've been to a lot of goodwills in my life. I'm even part of a goodwill shaming group on Facebook. Any issue people have with goodwill is just corporate's rules. Yea things did go up. But there are good days for sales. The employees at this location specifically are really kind. They keep it super clean. And this place is HUGE in comparison to other stores. I was looking for a sewing machine. I saw 2 and this really nice lady, I'm so sorry I forgot your name :(((((, said she saw a nice sewing machine in the back. It was $8. I bought it and it's the one I actually use lol. I gave another one away. Last time I went this employee was talking to me about some spoons there. I have a thing for spoons. I like the Oneida brand. It's got a nice weight and a good dip to it. This was probably the cleanest goodwill I have been in. The cashiers were nice and helpful. Things were in order, not messy at all except for people that were rummaging through things and didn't know how to put back. I was just impressed at how in order it looked. read more

Still no fitting rooms since Covid. Quite ridiculous if you ask me. Prices are too high. They have the color tag sale but only on Saturdays.

Big store. Looked clean. Staff was nice. The childrens section.........ugh. At least put it in sizes. It doesn't have to be in seasons, tops, bottoms, etc.....but just trying to find sizes just got too much for me. I gave up. Very disappointing. Other thrift stores at least group the sizes together. read more

Ugh, why must they have such high prices on everything, at the same price as new. So annoying. They get this stuff for FREE people. There's seriously no point in coming to these goodwill stores anymore. I was sad when the shop relocated from Daphne to Spanish Fort but the place is filled with anything you may want or need. Like everyone else I consider myself a donor but a trip to Goodwill will make you feel good. Looking for mini-muffin pans, a wok or perhaps some neat salad plates? This is the place. It takes a little work but if you want some new clothing looks the selection is great. My New Years Resolution for 2016 was to not buy any new clothes and I have been fairly faithful to that. read more

The store is okay, but the policies are crazy at times. Today after shopping for 45 min, I found ONE thing I wanted. A donated table cloth ‍..... I went to pay for the item, and they said I couldn't purchase it. Mind you IT HAD A TAG. Someone in the back just forgot to write on it with a pen a price. They tell me they can't just put a price on it, and can't sell me the table cloth. They also said no one will price it in the back either, she tossed it behind her in a pile like it didn't matter...... and I left. I wasn't rude or didn't beg. I just said okay. It's weird. These things are DONATED. I completely understand if it didn't have a tag at all.... I know there are dishonest people who will remove the tag hoping for a cheaper price, but this wasn't the case. They could have at least asked someone in the back to make a price seeing as it DID have a tag on it, and I wasn't trying to be dishonest. Goodwill is a place I've always donated my old stuff to, and never really bought anything from there. I have a friend at work that is always wearing the cutest clothes and most of them come from thrift shops. When my husband suggested the other day that he would like to go to Goodwill to pick up some work clothes (he has a dirty job), I reluctantly went. We spent about an hour in there on a rainy Saturday. I actually bought an adorable dress for $6 that looks like it's brand new and from a boutique. I can't wait to show my friend! We also saw some cool housewares like old china and vases, and even some new blinds which, unfortunately, didn't fit my windows. They had a pretty nice selection of furniture that I could refinish and resale. I'll definitely have to come back and do that. Check it out! read more

Something has changed here. What once was a neatly organized store with name brands and fair prices is no more. The store is in a high income area, yet is filled with worn out and over-priced items that belong in the trash. Out of date merchandise is priced higher than what you can buy in-style items for in other stores. I have never seen so much used underwear. From now on, I will only donate and shop at local charity shops that actually give back to the community. Oh, and individual employees get in trouble if they don't get customers to donate the change on purchases. Greedwill, indeed. read more

Very friendly staff. A bit pricey, one can often do better at Ross or the Dollar Store.

I used to go to the Daphne store and loved it. It was packed with bargains Yesterday we drove out to the new store and I'm giving it one star for a beautiful building. Prices were high. $3.98 for a used book. Not coming back. The store was bare, I'm wondering where all the donations are going because it's not to this store. read more

I love goodwill shopping but I'll skip this one next time I'm passing through. At first, I thought I was in an antique shop. The prices were super high compared to the goodwills on the east coast- even the ones in the Orlando area. I mean, dishes were like $2.50-3.00 a piece? With that being said, it seemed like the clothes were nicer. The staff seemed pleasant. There's just better places to look for bargains especially when mobile is close by. read more
