Honestly, this has been one of the worst shops I've worked with. They talked a good game about my…read moreorder, it should only take a few weeks to get it turned around. But but after 2 weeks went by and I asked about my order they said it was a few days until done, but after that they stopped answering my calls. It took over 2 month to have a small batch of hats embroided and to get ahold of the owner, who did not really care much about my order being so late. By the time I had gotten my hats, the threads in the pattern were loose. Some were even illegible. I would never shop here.

Brought my referee pants to be altered. The pants are like a poly-spandex type material...but…read morereally I am just guessing..they're pants. The owner, I assume Mary, was very polite. She was straight-forward on the phone. $10/pair of pants and it would be 2 weeks before she had them done because she had a lot of jobs in front of me. She wanted to let me know in case I needed them sooner so I could explore options. Two weeks was fine with me because she was highly recommended to me. When I dropped them off, she had me put them on and measured length. Then gave me ticket and that was it. On phone, on drop-off, and on pick-up she was very friendly and professional. My pants seem fine and look good. I'll definitely be back if I need anything else.
