Love this place, always helps that they tout themselves as the official embroiderers of the Mets. When you walk in, it's Reminiscent of Gerry Cosbys when it was at MSG, with awesome sports jerseys wall to wall. The difference is that I don't believe these jerseys are for sale,but it's great eye candy for those who like sports uniforms. I needed to drop five stars on this place because they were able to give new life to my old varsity jacket by adding a sports patch and additional letters. Most importantly, after calling around & finding dead ends everywhere (I'm looking at you, embroidme), they were able to do this work with no problem & at a very reasonable price. From the initial phone call, Stitches proved to be a 5 star business. I called the week before Christmas looking to see if they could embroider 2 blank youth NBA (team name withheld) jerseys, before Christmas, and Eric was straight up about it being unlikely that they'd be done in time. No problem, I found 2 other places (those reviews will follow this one), and wished Stitches well. After 2 horrible experiences, and multiple calls to Stitches, I found the time to bring the jerseys Friday, January 5th. Eric was pleasant, took down what I was asking for, and told me that they'd contact me when the jerseys were ready. Cool! Walking to work the following Friday, I said to myself: I'm going to call Eric today to see when the jerseys will be ready. An hour later, Eric called to say that the jerseys were ready. GREAT! Upon picking the jerseys up (BRING CASH), the jerseys looked like I bought them from the NBA store. My wife even asked if I had the jerseys made (for my sons) or had bought them from a store? The owner was great at suggesting design ideas and super quick at designing. I met with Miguel, the owner, and he designed a logo that we had in our heads and had given up on and they came out PERFECTLY!!! On top of that, he designed it right in front of us, we picked out colors and he made SURE we were happy. Thanks for the quick turnaround time, over 100 items done in 2 days! The t-shirts/tanks were a hit at our church get-together. I found the price affordable and the finished products perfect. Extremely affordable compared to those places that do a setup design fee.
