Wow, after reading two horrid reviews I was really skeptical about coming here, but a friend of…read moremine who has used this place in the past said they do an Excellent job in embroidery work on sports jerseys. I have a hockey jersey that I wanted embroidered with my main man NY Rangers goalie extraordinare #30 Henrik Lundqvist put on. For starters the 2 men that I dealt with were strictly business. No small talk, no smile just what do you need, this is the price, should be ready by this date and I'll give you a call when it's ready. The price I paid to have the jersey embroidered was not cheap, but honestly it came out really nice! The stitching and alignment of the letters and numbers were spot on! The jersey was ready in 3 days. The reason they are getting 3 stars is because of the "This is Strictly business" attitude with their customers. They weren't mean or nasty but cracking a smile and engaging in small talk just makes good business sense. I don't know call me old fashioned, but I was always taught "you catch more flies with honey than with vinegar!" I would still go back because the workmanship is solid and you get what you paid for. I just wish next time they can crack a smile or two. i.e. :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :)

A wonderful and very patient store clerk named Alex, helped me pick out the perfect size and he even laced them for me. JD Sports has several sneaker styles, sweats and active wear for all ages. Date of visit: April 13, 2026…read more I have long appreciated the mission of Patagonia and thought that someday I will splurge on one of their items, like a vest. As we don't have any stores back home, I was intrigued when we came upon this store in Williamsburg. Note that I said "intrigued," and not "I purchased something," as I still could not wrap my mind around the prices and that "someday" was still not "this day." Staff didn't really interact with us (maybe they knew we're too poor to buy anything) but I didn't mind the opportunity to look around in peace and give my eyebrows a workout with each price tag I flipped over. The Sale rack was laughable in both the discount and the paltry selection of items available, but you better believe I looked at it anyway! The store was in great condition, too--not that that is a great shock given the average cost of an item. Someday, Patagonia, someday!
