Both were great and quality was good. I moved stations and wanted to order hats for this company and got a big order together and placed it. The order was placed on November 19th, 2020. Our order shipped November 25th, 2020. Awesome!! Although when they arrived, all the hats and beanies had the same deficiency. I don't know if they have a QA or not but this one slipped past. I contacted them November 27th, 2020 and notified them of this and they were very apologetic. The company stated that they would make an entire new batch and send them out to us. Hats were finally received today January 19th, 2021 and they were not much better in the quality of work. I'm giving them a 1 star because of the poor communication and not so great product. I say poor communications because over the 50.... yes 50 day waiting period to receive the new hats, I was told many times that it was just finishing up in embroidery and/or it would shipped out shortly. Finally a few days before they shipped I called and asked where the hats were and was told they just finished up and would be shipped. They also told me that since I was such a great customer and that I was so patient that they were sending some cool "swag" and incentive items as a thank you. Upon receiving the still poor quality items, no "swag" or incentive items were found in the box.... must still be getting embroidered. I'm very displeased and will not be recommending or buying from again. **UPDATE** 01/26/2021 I spoke with Susan Scott recently about the interaction that took place with our transaction. They were very apologetic and open to my suggestions and concerns about it. They listened to me and I also listen to them and the issues that they had. I Have raised my stars back up because I hope that this was just a bump in the road.

They did an amazing job at a very reasonable price and very quickly, everyone love all the work done.... But here's why this review was really deserved...I recently lost my a family member, it was a very sudden death, very devastating to us all... and all at a time where some milestone events were happening as well. I called the owner, explained what had happened and ask if they would be able to embroider something for me, one item, a custom design with name but I also needed it the same day in less then 2 hours.. He told me, bring it in let's see what we can do, and that he would have one machine waiting for me. I told him my daughter was graduating college that weekend and the sash the school had made, they forgot to add something to it, he said no problem, it can be done quickly. Now while that was being done, I asked if he can custom design a butterfly flying away and name under it as a memorabilia to honor my cousin on my daughter gown as she walks on stage to get her degree so my cousin may be walking along side her together. He didn't hesitate. He quickly got on his computer made a few designs, worked with colors and sizing till he felt it was perfect. The work and design was very tedious, he dropped everything he was doing put everything on hold and started designing. After the designing process he took us to the back to choose colors, helped steer us in the right direction to have the butterfly come out perfect. He then asked where we wanted to put it and suggested it be on the left arm as it is closer to the heart, we agreed. It look so beautiful, just like my cousin. I then thanked him so much and asked how much do I owe him. I knew it would be a lot of $$$, as it was a rush rush rush custom design order but I didn't care, it's was lot that he did it in such a short amount of time. What he said and did after honestly shocked me, it shook me so much I just started to crying, tears just would not stop. He told me it would cost nothing, just a prayer and to have my daughter wear it proudly, he said how can I put a price on something with so much meaning behind it, just wear it proudly and remember me in your prayers. I thanked him again and left there in tears...to know someone could be so caring and kind during such a difficult time. If you need anything done, this is the place to go. They do amazing work and they are super kind, caring and compassionate. God will reward them for all their acts of kindest. Thank you so very much, everyone loved the beautiful work and even more so your act of kindness. I tried uploading the beautiful embroidery work but it was not loading... I will try again shortly. But 2nd time around, We took a pair of shorts to repair that had a hole and a vest to repair. The vest was repaired but the shorts wasn't and had two additional holes that they said was because the material was thin. Then proceeded to charge to fix the holes they made and the original hole that wasn't touched. Nope, not doing that! They were decent about refunding the deposit that my partner made. He did it without thinking of just how ridiculous it was. I went elsewhere and got all the holes fixed for 1/2 the price. We drove 10 mins away for better service.

I was told they would be ready on a Wednesday. I paid for the tee-shirts in full and I requested to leave my name and phone number which I was asked to write on the back of a sheet of printer paper. On Wednesday I called to make sure the shirts were ready, they were NOT! When I asked why I wasn't called to let me know why my order (that was paid in full )was not ready I got nothing. I was giving a bunch of excesses. I asked to be compensated for my time and I was given the run around. When I called on Thursday, to make sure my shirts were ready, I was once again given an attitude. After a brief argument, the employee stated that I had two choices to either refund my entire order $200.00 or I take a 40.00 gift card to their store. I had asked for a refund for one shirt to compensate my time. When I went to pick up the shirts the manager was no where to be found. I was not given the gift card or even an apology. This place lacks real professionalism. If you're looking to order custom tee-shirts I suggest you go somewhere else.

The guy was a bit casual but otherwise nice...but then he said he would charge be $300 to get it to me rushed. I said that i was a little crazy and he said well that's what you have to pay ...I got quotes from other local places and was able to get it $75 rushed. The item came out good and he threw in 2 for the price of one. I don't care how great Baja Man does his job - with the prices he quotes it's a joke.
