I then spoke with them about how my clients are a part of the LGBTQ+ community and if they would be comfortable with that. The owner was extremely kind and was overjoyed to work my clients. And in response to the previous yelp review on here: As a tailor myself, it's completely normal for a tailor to ask for a deposit if not payment in full. This is because way too many clients abandon their clothing (either forgetting about it or deciding it's not worth paying to pick them up) after work has been done. I have a whole rack of clothing to show that. It's pretty low to give a small business a 1 star review because of a standard practice you're ignorant of.
