How disappointing…read more It's not easy to find a decent tailor, that's for sure. Tailor's choice I will admit had never failed me in it's tailoring. I was actually satisfied with the few pants, jacket, and dress that they had tailored. But what happened one visit was intolerable. I came in during "Boxing Week", a day or two before New Year's. They were busy, maybe 4 active customers (usually it's just myself and another at one time). The lady at the counter asked me for my ticket. My man friend had misplaced it, but I gave her my number, name, and description of the pants, on a piece of paper. She told me to wait as she was busy. No problem. Another staff person was pinning another customer, and she said that she would help me when she was done pinning. Fine. The lady that helped me proceeded to go to the back and work on a book. Came back out to collect money, and back to the book. After about 5 - 10 minutes, she yelled from behind and said, "come back here!" The lady who was pinning was still pinning. At this point, I was being as patient as I could remember - I was about to blow. She told me to go look for it myself, she was too busy. Well, I can tell you that the clothes are sorted - by First name, on the right side. Under the letter "K", there were 7 pieces of clothing. I found it in 15s. WTF?! To finish it off, when she collected the remainder of my bill, she folded it, grabbed a bag, and said, "Please, please, I'm busy" while nodding. She was telling me she was too busy to put it in the bag. I tried to cool off about this situation. 3 months later, I'm still fuming, so I had to write this. The lady was an Asian lady, short bob, with glasses. I'm pointing this out because I wonder if she had a thing against her own kind. NEVER coming back here, and hope they infuriate more customers that will result in deserving consequences of diminished customers.
