Okay, I'll admit Chinese food from the mall food court ranked just above gas station sushi in my mind but I have to tell you, this place breaks the paradigm for sure. The service was great, and the foot it top notch. Sorry, no photos with this post I forgot my phone. The orange chicken was by far the family favorite. I personally really liked the egg drop soup and would go back just for that. If you like a little spice try the jalapeño chicken! We had 4 entrees, lo mien, white rice, egg rolls, and egg drop soup and fed 6 people with leftovers for $70. hands down the best place to hit up when you're hungry at the mall. fresh ingredients they cook right in front of you with a simple menu that's priced reasonably. my typical go to is the second one with your choice of two entrees and a choice of fried rice or noodles. (get the noodles!) portion sizes are nice and big, so be prepared to split a combo meal if you're not a big eater. and don't let your eyes fool you because I am a big eater and even I have leftovers from a single combo. the boba tea is decent. the soft drinks are a bit overpriced so it's best to hit up the grocery store inside the mall around the corner for a 20oz. but dang if they don't have noodles worth paying 15$ for! and they get a lot of traffic at lunch so it's always rotated and cooked fresh. read more

Probably the best fast food in the food court of the mall. They serve everything just like Panda Express. Their chow mein is delicious and their honey walnut is also. Definitely a go to when you just want American Chinese food really fast. read more

We enjoy eating dinner at Stir Fry 88 in the mall in Silverdale, WA. The service and food is great. The people working there are welcoming, helpful, and friendly. Oily dishes, but it's to be expected for Chinese fare. My selections (hibachi chicken and jalapeño chicken) were rather flavorful. I did like that I got a generous helping that lasted me two days though, probably helped by the fact that it was almost closing time. read more

I almost feel guilty about the rating. I thought of giving them only one star for being fantastically bland, or three stars for the effort. The food was edible but that's all. We could only eat the vegetarian options so can only assess that part of a very limited menu. Ordered for delivery, talked on phone. Their menu listed two kinds of veggie noodles but just in case they were giving the same noodles two different names on two parts of the menu, I asked that one have egg added to the veggies so the would for sure be a little different. "Eggs okay!" the woman said on the phone; but maybe my American accent was as difficult for her as her Asian accent was for me and we weren't actually understanding each other at all. In any case, the specific request didn't happn. So two items were exactly the same. Worse, they were exactly the same as the noodles you'd buy out of a hot-case at QFC or Safeway for half the price then eat half of it and wish you'd never gotten it at all. Indeed, the entire order could've been from a Safeway "Sitting In the Hot Case All Day" bland and stale style. After tasting this, I imagioned the person I talked to sitting at home watching the Cartoon Channel, and when we hung up, she ran over to the nearest supermarket and got the food from their hot case. The equally bland and stale fried rice was somewhat dried out, like they made it three or four days ago, put in trays each covered in wax paper and stacked up in the walk-in box for three or four days, re-heating trays as needed. This used to be "the" way it was done, and sometimes still is in cafeterias and buffets/smorgasbords, but there's a reason smorgasbords are a thing of the past; nowadays daily fresh cooking is expected and this "stale style" just won't pass muster. The spring roles were totally mushy inside and not at all a good flavor; I almost threw mine away after one bite, but the crispy outside was acceptable and I hated to waste the money. I thought the prices were fair when ordering, a bit lower than a lot of places, but considering this was grocery store hot-case style all the way, it should've been a whole lot cheaper. We had a lot left over but only because it wasn't good enough to want much of it. When we do a second meal out of this I'll trick it out myself, refrying the rice in a better oil and adding eggs and better veggies than just broccoli. I won't be able to turn it into something tremendous, but a lot better than as delivered. Darn I hate giving killer reviews. I hope the extra star helps make up for it. read more

I ordered three large entrees for catering. For a tiny food vendor the food was very good. They could open an independent restaurant and easily do well. Everything had plenty of flavor with the perfect amount of salt. The guy cooking stopped what he was doing to help me load trays into the car. It's a pretty nice restaurant in a convenient location. very similar to panda express, except they serve Boba tea along with Wonton Soup which is good in terms of presentation, but lacking in taste as it only has the soup base and egg, but it is only around a dollar so no complaints there. I don't believe their rice is particularly made fresh today when I came so that came off as a disappointment. You will never go wrong with Taro Boba Tea, theirs is perfect for me, just the right amount of sweetness, not too overpowering. I would not go to this location just for the food but when it comes to this Mall, this places takes the cake and I find more appealing than the other restaurants nearby by a slight bit. read more

This place doesn't beat the Orange Chicken and chow mein (both are good just slightly more bland than the Original chinese spot in the mall) Chinese Cafe had but their Mango chicken knocks it out of the park. Firstly the owners ( or so I think ) are absolutely amazing, they are friendly and remember regulars as far as I've noticed. The food is very very delicious and Bursts with so many flavors. My family and I eat here at least once every two weeks. My kids all have heir personal favorites from honey walnut shrimp to orange chicken, mine, personally is the hibachi chicken but I still enjoy all their dish as well as their bubbly tea (: we also like to order their half party tray ($32.99) which for me feeds about 11 people , twice ! My family and I definitely recommend this place over the buffet (Kong's wok) . For those that have been in the Kitsap area for a long time, we all can remember Cajun Grill, Chinese Cafe and Mongolian Grill at the Kitsap Mall. This place is a combo of both and can trigger those memories from the early 2000's. They have dishes that are already made and also have items that are cooked fresh on the wok. Happy to have something like this again in the area as it's a quick bite to eat and the food is regularly cycled through so it's not sitting all day. Average price spent is about $8-10 a visit. The food is not bad but kind of pricey. My fave are the walnut shrimp. Get it everytime. My issue is not with the employees they are awesome they treat me with dignity. I have issue with some ill mannered customers primarily a woman who wasn't respecting my SPACE in line. As I was at the counter this woman was almost riding my backside. It were as though she didn't want to acknowledge that I was even there. Prejudice comes in many forms, so this irked me some. I did not say anything b/c the good majority of women prefer to make a scene and I sure didn't want that. But the woman was inconsiderate. I wonder if the staff, manager or whoever could try looking out for the customers. I always respect the space of others. What I can not tolerate is a rude woman who has a problem with me because 'I just happen to be in front of her'. If I could talk with her I'd tell her this. She was most rude. I do appreciate this business because places like Mc Donalds & Burger King will not take customers in their lobby you have to drive thru in your car. It's New Years Day so all of our regular places are closed. We decided take a chance on this place and it was by far some of the worst Chinese food I have ever eaten. We ordered Kung Pao chicken, bourbon chicken, and orange chicken. The Kung Pao was the worst and had absolutely no flavor at all. The bourbon chicken had a little flavor but it wasn't good.
