Maria knows how to put you at ease and has the gift of gab/conversation so if it's your first time, she's your girl. In addition, while most people are all about selling you things, she is insanely honest when it comes to product and maintenance. She makes the proper recommendations based on your skin type and growth patterns. She will honestly tell you if one of her retail products are not for you which I respect about her. Dr. Herold and staff were very responsive to my questions. Responses were received in a timely manner. What I appreciate about Dr. Herold, is his transparency and "no pressure" attitude. I don't do business with people who are too pushy and try to upsell me with unnecessary items. That doesn't happen at Bella Vida Medspa. I can ask my questions without the pressure of having to buy a service or product. After some careful thought, I decided to purchase the Alastin A-luminate Brightening Serum. It's a serum that helps reduce the appearance of surface pigmentation, to be used twice daily. I think it's a good start for me. It's been a couple of days and so far it's non-irritating, which is great. I'll provide updates. Overall, this is a great place to work on any skincare goals you might have.
