I had only seen this gal three times. Did a nice job but last time I went my hair was longer on one side than the other, now my hair can be deceiving it's thick. It has a natural wave to it and when I get a cut it takes a day or two to settle down after it settle down It was longer on one side than the other so I called to get in to see if I can get it fixed first of all she was booked and couldn't get me in, I didn't have to wait long now but still it was an inconvenience. I went in she fix the side asked me if it was OK I said Yep it appears to be the next day after I washed it the other side needed a little thinning out, so I contacted her and asked if I could get back in, when I read the reply, I was absolutely shocked. She told me no she told me that if she trimmed up the other side, it would end up being way too thin and I would not be happy. I know my own hair what she should've said was let's make an appointment. I'll get you in here and will check it out, that is the worst customer service I have ever experienced I didn't even know how to reply at the end of her message she told me I just want you to be happy. I told her thank you you have a nice day. I found another hairstylist and she fixed it. I was completely satisfied, this hairstylist was at another company so I called angle salon left a message cancel my appointment and said we weren't hair compatible. I am not naming her name. She knows who she is. I just want to let her know now I am happy and then I wish you the best, this behavior was 100% not acceptable.
