Doors were supposed to open at 10, but they didn't until almost 20 minutes later. Foam didn't even start until after midnight, there was no paint at all (despite being advertised), and everyone was given a different excuse for why. The upstairs area that was promoted as part of the event was blocked off and roped off. On top of that, the floors were disgustingly sticky, covered with some neon wet mess, and the overall environment felt unsafe. When I reached out afterward about the misleading event details, neither the foam party hosts nor the venue seemed to care. Very disappointing experience - won't be returning. The promoter James was phenomenal I'll go to any of his parties after checking out the venue. The promoter can only do so much.

We got a drink and headed in. It's spacious with a decent amount of standing room in front of the stage. There are several booths and vip areas for bottle service. We're not huge on massive crowds/ feeling elbow to elbow, so we stood in the back which was totally fine for us. Good standing room where everyone can still see. Sound quality and lights are great- this is probably one of the closest Vegas vibes you can get in the Lou. Servers, bartenders, security, staff were all kind and accommodating. It was wildly clean!!
